booked one treatment. They called me and offered to add another treatment to redeem the rest of the gift card and add some extra and I agreed. At the end of both treatments the charged me full amount of treatment plus the extra they told me. ended up paying 200 from gift card and another 260 cash which i didn't agreed. still didn't refund me, i will not go again there even if the treatments were good, the service was not.

very confused and missundertood

The resort pass clearly states that the service is a "Swedish Massage." When I was taken into the room, I was told I was getting a "Fusion" Massage and it was a LIGHT RELAXING Massage. If I wanted more pressure that was a "FLOW" Massage and would cost an extra $20. Of course, a massage should include some pressure so I agreed to the extra $20, but it felt like a scam.

That said, the masseuse was awesome and did a great job. The spa facilities are not that great. Overall, a good experience, but I thought the price was a bit much and then the extra cost was inappropriate. So beware, you will have to pay an extra $20 if you want a massage with pressure.
