This experience through ResortPass was the perfect way to spend a Monday in Miami. The booking process was extremely simple and we really enjoyed this hotel's pool. Other reviews had mentioned that you could not valet, but we were able to. Whether you park across the street yourself or they put your car in the lot, it's $20 either way, so better to have them valet you. We booked a luxury day bed and they brought us 4 waters and fresh fruit too - nice touch! It was a Monday so really empty, we had the entire VIP space to ourself. Really nice pool and amenities, would go again! 




Great way to cool off on a Monday in Miami

Service, cleaness, staff are great.  The only draw back was parking.

El Sat 8 de Junio estuve con mi familia celebrando el cumpleanos de mi hija, atentos empleados, buena musica y lindo lugar ese da llovio y varias personas tuvieron un comportamiento grosero y mal educado hacia los empleados y en general hacia todos porque en repetidas ocasiones durante todo el dia estuvieron dando problemas, gritando y siendo desagradables en todo momento , sentimos que la gerencia tolera demasiado esas acciones , son comportamientos que molestan a los dems huespedes que van para pasar un tiempo de calidad , ese tipo de persona se debe retirar del hotel si no cumplen con las reglas , al menos ser menos tolerantes con actitudes agresivas y groseras ..

What a great experience! The pool and private beach was perfect.

Fantastic location, right by off pier 

I booked this outing to celebrate my birthday, which fell on the Sunday before Memorial Day. I expected the crowd and made sure to reserve enough space to accommodate my party. Plus side: food and drinks were very good and wait staff was very friendly. Not good: I was disappointed that the resort did not have enough umbrellas to cover demand, especially since I paid for covered cabana space and the website pictures displayed adequate sun protection. There were unused umbrellas visible, and we were frequently told that they were not available. Finally, with about an hour left on our reservation, they moved an umbrella to us. The resort clearly does not have the bandwidth to cover the demand of what they promised. Also, wait staff were quick to take orders but at times we had to go retrieve drinks ourselves, as we could see they were sitting there. Hot weather with no cover can ruin the day!

Fun Day Poolside at the Beach

Decided a spontaneous daycation with mom and a friend..
We arrived at 12 noon.. valet was full but.. complimentary parking across the street was not bad..
Was checked in swiftly and professionally ..then greeted by thebpiol staff..
Every one Was super sweet they got us chairs and they where comfortable..
Great job on the remodel
We will definitely be back!

Nice pool, hotel is right on the beach, fairly priced food and drink. 

Great Location 

Would've been 5 stars but the price of the chairs alone for 2 people is $50. Ceviche is amazing! 

Seaweed free side 

Had an amazing time here. Pool and beach staff were incredibly nice and helpful. Servers were also very attentive and nice. The location was great as a whole. 
Only complaint was the gentleman in the valet was rude and told us we had to park somewhere other than the hotel which we did not understand.

The waiters and staff were very attentive and kind. The beach was good so was the pool. Overall had a great experience.
