Having your own Cabana with its indoor bathroom is definetely next level. Super convenient when you have tiny humans! Our server was great, would take a while to bring out what we ordered but he was super nice and friendly. They ran out of towels towards the afternoon which kinda sucked because we needed to swap all our used towels. Also, and why I gave it 3 stars its because everything is very outdated. The pool has cracks, broken tiles, the jacuzzi in the 1st floor was broken. Also, massive iguanas where at one point one almost jumped into the pool. I almost had a heart attack. Thankfully it ran in the other direction but there are so many green areas that they stay lurking there. Overall it was nice, but not the best! 

Cabana was Great, Hotel needs Updating! 

From the Valet parking, to service, and location the Trump International was great!!!  We got rained out, however ResortPass took care of our issue.  Remember to validate your parking, and it's only $10 for the entire day.

Wonderful Service Great Location 

I use resort pass all of the time, I have never had such terrible service at a resort. I would never go back. Everyone was incredibly unhelpful. We wanted to order food on the beach, we had to ask 4 times for a server to come over. No one ever came. We had to walk back up to the hotel to order and they wouldn't bring the food down to us. They said we would have to walk back up to the hotel to get it. We had spa appointments that were good. We asked the front desk at the hotel and the front desk at the spa to call to the salon to see if we could get blowouts, they would not. They overcharged us for valet and wouldn't correct themselves. 

Terrible Service 

My husband and I escaped our every day life for a day at this lovely property. We arrived early (thanks for the tip everyone) and found a perfect spot by the pool. Definitely get there before noon on the weekend to get a good spot. Staff was warm and friendly and pool service was quick and efficient. We would definitely come back!

Great Hotel

We had a day pass. It was ok but the resort had a lot of pigeons that was flying all over the place. You can leave your food unattended. But the pool area was nice the hot tube good. And also the food was delicious. They just have to do something with the pigeons.

Staff was friendly but the pool was not heated.. there were construction workers on site by the pool which was a bit uncomfortable
