Pullman Miami Airport Hotel 

We had a long wait for our flight and chose Pullman for a day stay. From the moment we walked through the door, we felt welcomed and comfortable to relax however we needed to. The pool area is beautiful! Pictures didn't do it justice. We enjoyed the snack options as well as the restaurant on site. We ended the stay with a quick and convenient shuttle to the airport. We will definitely be staying here again.

I would come back here again! I was waiting for an evening flight and enjoyed relaxing by the pool. 

Good value and location to airport

We stayed after a cruise and had to catch a late flight out. Staff was friendly, place was clean. Good looked great although we didnt eat and the Bloody Mary at bat was great. Starbucks shop was great too with good prices. Fun end to our trip!

The Hotel is very nice and the lake view from the pool is very pretty . I don't think we will be back though,  the pool is extremely cold , even in a sunny day . No restaurant service at the pool either .

Great place to pass the time before our cruise

Upon arrival I was told the pool was closed for maintenance and this disappointed me hugely I would have booked somewhere else. Rides were offered to the Hilton to sit besides their pool and enjoy their amenities. This was nice but odd having all my things in a room for the day I couldnt access because I was in another hotel. 

Also the Pullman wifi was sketchy and wouldnt work in my laptop and i desperately needed access to check in because i had problems checking in on my mobile the night before. 
So frustrating, disappointing and an inconvenience. Like I said I would have chosen somewhere else if I had known the pool was out for maintenance.
