Don't let the photos fool you - they're old photos and not what the resort currently looks like. I booked the day pass under the impression that the lounge and beach chairs would be white. They're not -  they're pink.

We were in to check in for our day pass and two different parties had complaints about being charged for miscellaneous items that they didn't use like a Sprite drink and some peanuts? RED FLAGS!

Secondly, the valet parking discount is actually $12.87 not $12 as stated on the ResortPass website.

Lastly, it's stated that you get 10% off for food and drinks purchased - LIES! They did not acknowledge the 10% off and said that it HAD to be with their restaurant only. WTF?! I purchased a sandwich and drinks at their espresso bar and the worker who rung me up said that they'll apply the discount upon check out since I was given a "room number" to bill to. Asked the front desk about it and nothing. Apologized for "inconvenience" but more like scammy practices.

Front Desk agent was not customer friendly, charged the full valet rate, it’s advertised discounted for day pass. Bar opened at noon, no drinks available at pool nor beach in the AM

The hotel amenities are very nice but the staff extremely unfriendly. The only nice person was Max the valet. It seem med like they were doing us a favor to have us there. 

Not a very pleasant day.

Everything was nice from check in to lunch and pool however the umbrellas st the beach were not able to be opened due to mild winds which was hard to enjoy when the sun was blaring down. 

Nice quiet but elegant location 

I was pleased with the amenities provided by the Grand Beach Hotel. However, just by observing me and my friends concierge made an automatic assumption that I was there because I was using a guest pass. While the assumption was correct, I didn’t appreciate it as other guests with lighter skin were not treated as such.

Great Experience Except for One Thing

My sister and I had a great time.  We picked this place because of the Adults only pool and jacuzzi area--and it was great.  Very quiet and relaxing.  Plenty of daybeds to relax on. Beautiful view and great drinks and service from Bartender.  The Jacuzzi was actually cool-which was actually a plus because it was a brutally hot day-it was refreshing!

Great Daycation!

Beach experience was great, check in+valet staff super helpful. Pool was a disaster 1. No towels for an hour, they must be super understaffed. No beds available after 11am-ever, not enough pool beds too many visitors? 3 pools overcrowded. Awkwardly change in the bathroom and a small outdoor shower which is a problemo with most of these resort pass experiences at the hotels.

The beach was full of rotten seaweed so the smell was very bad, impossible to get in. We thought the pools would be better but the photos shown in here are fake, the reality is that the installations are very old. There are like half of the beds shown in the photos and the pools are super small. Will never book again.
