Staff was very friendly. We purchased the valet parking in advance which was helpful. The check in at the front desk was easy. We loved that the beach chairs and umbrella were included and the beach staff was very attentive. It was a nice family friendly environment and we will definitely return.

Great attention 

I have to say from the moment we came in and made staff aware we were here with Resort Pass I felt the energy off. Took a while for the one front desk we said hello to acknowledge us there and check us in. She made me pay $60 there which I have no idea what for she just asked for my card and charged it without letting me know what for. We had both beach and pool pass, we walked to the pool and no one told us we had to go inside to get towels, then the beach staff just told us to pick a spot and didnt walk us or set up the chairs for us. Literally the beach crew stood in their hut and didnt help anyone we noticed. Useless group of men. It took forever to get food and drinks since there was only 2 servers. But at least our server was a gem, definitely tipped him well for his help and kindness. I have to say another thing this place is full of kids both pool and beach so if you want to relax I really dont recommend this place for that. The hotel itself and beautiful but the service a 4/10

It was meh.

Beautiful beach and grounds but I had to spend an hour arguing with a desk clerk about the discounted valet parking rate that is included with your purchase of a resort pass. It was clearly stated on my receipt and was finally resolved with the help of another employee. Very pretty though

We arrived around 9:30 a.m. - waited about 15 minutes for valet service. 

I thought we were early but the pool was already packed with seats all taken up. We went to the beach and I thought we were late but we actually got there just in time. By 11 a.m. they were out of chairs and umbrellas. So glad we got there early because the pass would have been rendered useless if we couldn't get a spot at the pool or beach.

They have a nice cafe where I got an overpriced basic sandwich while I awaited lunch service. Beachside service started around 12 noon / 1pm. Buffalo wings were a solid 5 for lunch. Slow service so I opted to go to the poolside bar for their pricey watered down drinks. 

By 3 / 4p.m. the main pool still didn't have any open chairs and was hijacked by kids splashing all over. We went to the adults only pool on the 7th/8th floor which was a relief from the madness. Shadeless cabanas no umbrellas, but it had its own bar. 

Get There Early

We really enjoyed our experience here. Pool downstairs good for family, beach and rooftop great for couples!

Wonderful day! 

When I went in Eastern it was a bit crowded, you have to arrive early to get a seat at the pool. The beach was perfect. 
-1 star for the front desk management at checkout. 1 hour to sort the bill!
