great location/ambience

I got off my cruise at 10am and had a flight to leave at 7pm. I took a Uber to bayside and then decided to look into a day pass , Elser popped up first and it was right across the street in walking distance. Me and one other cruiser walked over . The customer service was spectacular, the desk agent explained everything perfectly before sending us on our way. They hold luggage as well . Once we took the elevator up to our floor we saw the gym and then walked out into the top pool which is the hot pool , the bottom pool had a TV over it with plenty of space and a restaurant. We found a space and relaxed for the rest of the day. The staff was friendly and the weather was perfect. The scenery is beautiful. I definitely would recommend this hotel for a day pass or even longer stay while in Miami. 

Great Location, Ambience & CS

I wanted some time in the sun but my downtown hotel did not have a pool or any real amenities. The Elser was a pleasant surprise with incredible views of Miami from their wrap around, rooftop, infinity pool. I was also able to catch the latest sports scores from their giant LED no glare TV Screen streaming ESPN. The staff was very friendly from check in to the pool and bar staff. I had a tasty light breakfast which was a little pricey but the service and atmosphere made the price worth it! I would definitely return and I definitely recommend anyone taking advantage of this deal if their hotels do not have the same type of amenities needed to fully enjoy your time in Miami! 

Luxury Day-Cation for an amazing Price! 

I took my best friend here for a daycation and we had a ball the drinks were good the food was good it was a vibe nice quiet relaxing the staff treated us like we had a room at the hotel. We are definitely gonna try to do this more often. 

Great location

Beautiful gorgeous place, pool is huge an amazing. It doesnt get any better. Loved it! Service is just ok at the pool and bar, but definitely worth it.

Gorgeous views

The staff was really nice, checked in without no problem. The views are amazing, there are areas with shade and some with sun so you have a preference. The pool is also heated comfortably so its neither too hot or cold. The environment is chilled as well, calm music. Would go back again.
