Great day!

Very impressed with the hotel, from the moment our Uber pulled up the staff at the hotel made it feel as if we were VIP guests, luggage service all the way to our room. The room was everything I expected and more! I was not expecting such a glorious view or the beach,ocean and BAY on the balcony plus it made for the perfect place to catch the last hour or two of sun of the day when the beach becomes gray from the hotels blocking out the Sun rays. John John and his crew at the towel hut also go out of their way to make you feel special, Mario set me up multiple times in the beach after I had left and decided to come back, his smile was so genuine it spread into his eyes and was captivating and addictive and I couldnt help staring into them and feeling warmth, welcomed and appreciated. I definitely am happy I had decided to cancel my south beach stay and chose to visit Marenas Beach Resort instead. 

Everything I wanted and more!

We needed a day resort for 6 hours after the cruise, before our flight.  We arrived to a beautiful foyer and friendly reception staff. We received wrist bands, towel passes & small plastic flutes of champagne.  The lobby restrooms were very nice.  We walked straight through the building to the back deck, stairs & pool area.  It was 68-70 degrees with high winds.  We kept the reservation as we had no plan 2.  As it turned out, the pool is heated to probably 90 degrees and the 5 boys enjoyed it despite the chilly weather.  The pool and hot tub were clean.  
There are 2 large one person restrooms at the top of stairs.  We took turns using this to change before leaving.  
We did not see or use the fitness room, sauna, or bikes which are listed as available with the resort pass.  
There is an arrival checkin for our luggage at the front door and this worked well. 
The beach is beautiful. 
Food is expensive but good. One chicken sandwich $16 will feed 2 people though. 
We would stay again.

Great location 

Marenas Beach Resort is a nice hotel on Collins Avenue down in Sunny Isles Beach, Florida to relax (even for a day) We stayed in a one bedroom suite which was comfortable.  It had a full kitchen, washer and dryer, and a decent size private balcony that you could sit out on and enjoy the views of either the intracoastal or the ocean. You get access to a beach chair and umbrella. The staff was very friendly upon arrival. You are welcomed with a glass of champagne upon check-in. Even though the pool area was a bit small, its still nice. I spent most of the time on the beach itself lounging on the beach chair under an umbrella sipping on a margarita. So I was good. Valet parking is available for a fee of $15 for the day. It was my first time staying at Marenas Beach Resort and overall it is a nice hotel to just sit back and relax yourself. I will definitely go back again. Thanks Marenas Beach Resort! 

Sunday Funday

Everybody was nice . We got in and welcomed with a proseco. We signed some paperwork ( they should have all that electronic before you get there ) and went to the pool. After some time
We moved to the beach where very friendly staff helped us with seating. We had the perfect day! 

Perfect day 

Pros: the price is good, the beach is gorgeous. The front desk staff is amazing and kind and very accommodating
Cons: the pool is not very nice and very small and there is virtually no service on the beach

Not as the pictures describe

The beach was nice and we were able to have beach chair and service which it was great. The hotel pool is small and it was kinda dirty, so I didn't get in. 

Beach good hotel so so

We had a great day at the resort killing time before catching a late night flight. The suite was very nice with a full kitchen, living area and bedroom. Our lunch in the bar/restaurant was very good. Staff was very friendly. It was nice that it included beach chair and umbrella. My only complaint with that is they were all crammed into everyone else instead of spaced out. 

Great place for a day pass/room

This was a great experience overall. The room was large with a full kitchen and we had an excellent view. I went for my bday and it was very relaxing. Check-in took a very long time and they couldn't find my reservation. The other negative part was that if you get to the beach in the afternoon, you will most likely have to sit in the very back super far from the ocean because they're only allowed to have chairs in between these two random cones. That was disappointing. Also, the pool is small so if it is busy it could be full of people and no room for you. With all that said I loved the room so I would go back just because of that and it is a quiet area and valet is reasonable at only $15/day.
