Tidal Cove Waterpark at JW Marriott Miami Turnberry Resort & Spa

The day started off really good was able to check in and had a great waiter (oscar) but when my party arrived they were harassed at the gate by a security guard named marshall who claimed to be head of security. i also had to stop and go to the front because they messed up the count on the bands.but the reason why i am giving 2 starts is because we were stereotyped and that same head of security came up to my cabana and accused of smoking weed. he said that he was going around talking to everyone but skipped the cabbana next to us and walked straight to the front after talking to our group. after all of this we had to prove to valet that we had to complimentary voucher to park because we were not able to get it validated because they closed early cause of the weather.

Be weary 

We live in the area and decided to make it a day…  kids had a wonderful time.. price for food and drinks is a bit expensive but worth it! 

Great Relaxing Day

We absolutely loved spending the day at this gorgeous resort ! Everyone that worked there was so welcoming and helpful. We found lounge chairs right by the pool and ordered lunch to our seats. The pool felt magical and was so warm . My daughters loved the kids cove area and the water park rides. We are totally doing this again next time we come to Miami! We highly recommend this beautiful resort.

Had a fun day at Tidal Cove. We ran into an unforeseen issue but resort pass was quick to respond and resolve the issue. I will definitely book with them again.

Fun day

Loved my experience here! Great staff and very accommodating. This is my first time coming to Tidal Cove and definitely won’t be my last ResortPass here. 

Great time!!

I booked a day pass for my wife and I. We needed a day to relax. The day pass is such a great deal. We went to the park. Staff was very professional and friendly. It is well organized (kids section and adult section) and spacious. It was not packed at all, and a lot of fun. We had a server tending to us all day. The food was delicicous, and prices were reasonable. We really enjoyed the day. I will definitely book other day passes throughout the summer.

Great Daycation

Visited with my wife to celebrate our anniversary while the kids were at school. We had a blast! really fun attractions, great service. Really well maintained and clean installations and a good vibe overall. Will come back with the kids next time. 

Great Time!

We celebrated a birthday in a Lazy River Cabana. From start to finish service was timely and excellent. The lines were minimal and the food  was really  good. The club sandwich with avocado was a favorite. Water park features with a high end feel. Parking was included so we saved $20! 5 stars worth the money!
