Me and my wife had a great day at the pool, pool staff was very helpful with providing pool chairs in the shade, fresh food from Quinto and make sure you guys get the pitcher for drinks! 

Amazing day!!

It was so great! From the weather outside to the attentiveness from the staff it was overall great and relaxing. The only reason Im giving it 4 stars (and its not the hotels fault) is because during spring you only get about 1-2 hours of sun from 10am-11am and then again from 1-2pm. Any hours after that the sun is hiding behind the many buildings around the area. The staff did tell us that during summer the sun is directly on top so from 10-5 its direct sun, will be back for this.
Other than that, the daybeds are super comfy and the music they play is great for a relaxing afternoon.

Super relaxing day

It was my first time using resort pass, I paid $209 for a daybed. We got there at 1pm and the sun was completely gone - the waitress said the sun was gone for the day there. We had to tell the waitress what we purchased came with a bottle of champagne and 4 waters, We ordered two pizzas. She forgot the vegetarian pizza for my vegetarian friend, and then took 50 minutes to bring it out. We never received our water, she never came back to check on us to see what we needed. This was not worth it whatsoever. We were super bummed and disappointed since East is quite lovely.

Horrible First Use of Resort Pass

Great location 

The place was great, everyone was friendly and very attentive.

Had such a good time and the resteraunt Quinta was so good. Didnt get the sun for the full day but still so fun

Such a cute little spot! Mojitos were tasty pool attendants + pool servers adrian & Gustavo were amazing! Made it so welcoming! Deff will be coming back! 

Loved it

The pool was great. Service was good, but they didn't have many servers near the pool so wait times could be long. The ambiance and food was fantastic. I had a burger for lunch and a frose. Only bummer is that the sun is blocked out by tall buildings after 2pm or so.
