Memorial Weekend

I loved it. It was great spending the day poolside with great views and fantastic pool attendant. Reynaldo was amazing and would definitely go back. The day room was a highlight, it started torrential down pouring and we took our drinks and food back to the room and hung out on the beautiful balcony. All in all a successful day. Would definitely do again! 

Beautiful day at Epic Miami

Chose this spot for the amazing pool deck and restaurants on site. Valet parking is steep at $48 bucks but that's just how Brickell is. You can park in a garage nearby for less and walk to the hotel if you want to save a few bucks... note that if you get a room for the day it's until 4pm even though you can use the pool until 6pm.

Great value for day room use!

We absolutely loved it! We got a day room and we were able to leave our stuff there and go enjoy all of the amenities. The pool was great, food was great and the service was amazing! Reynaldo was out pool side server and he was really attentive with us! Will definitely go back.

Everything was amazing!

Staff were all so friendly. They gave us a locker in the locker room. Restauarnt service was excellent. Very clean. 2 pools. Plenty of available space. Weren’t stingy on towels. Great experience. Will definitely go again

Very nice 

Sun was great in this area which is surprising for downtown or brickell area. Happy about that! However the service was non existent - if you don’t want food or drinks promptly you’re likely okay as the food menu is actually pretty go 

A lot of sun - minimal service 

My experience here was pretty great. The reason I didn’t give it 5 stars was for one, the pass included only access to the sauna and the zen lounge (free tea and water) plus the fitness center which was pretty small. Not bad for the price, but you don’t have pool access so it can be boring without it if you’re not paying extra for any treatments (which is were very expensive). We ended up getting pool access separately and we ate at the bar by the pool. Good drinks and food but very overpriced. Wish we had a little more to do but good for the price and staff was really nice.
