Excellent service, very relaxing space, large pool, shallow and great for family’s!
We gave 4 stars only because the menu could have more options like other Four Seasons pools.
We would definitely book again!

Came here with my bestie, it was fun ! Cabana boys were clueless but still had a great daycation. Hammocks in the water were everything.

Amazing !

It was a great experience, and we will definitely use resort pass again.

We had a blast at the Four Seasons Miami

Lovely

Me and my wife booked a day pass (cabana.)
We were only in Miami for a few hours and wanted to enjoy the pool.
We left our $200 Bose Speaker.
Being a 5 star hotel we imagined upon contacting the hotel that they would have found (and would return) our speaker.
We called and spoke with the “head of security,” he said no speaker was found and that there was no way to check the cameras to see how the speaker disappeared.

Best pool in Miami! We come here regularly and always use resort pass. Beautiful, relaxing, never crowded. The service and food is excellent. Always a wonderful experience! 

Out favorite 

We had a very relaxing stay. We went mid week and honestly it was quiet and the service received was on point. Valet was expensive is the only downside. 

Relaxing Day

This hotel is beautiful but extremely run down. Rented a cabana and the pools were dirty as well as the cabanas, filled with leaves and debris. Had an unpleasant interaction with one of the staff members as he accused me of not paying for the cabana. Food was amazing, came out fast and everything was super fresh. Loved all the dishes listed on the menu, every dish was fresh and very creative. Overall my experience was disappointing, I had high hopes for this hotel given the fact that its the Four Seasons, but the cleanliness of the area was not the best and the employees were okay, feeling very disrespected about being told to "leave my cabana because it's for paying guest"
