Nice hotel and facilities but very noisy construction going on all around. The hotel tried to mask it with VERY loud music in the pool area which was not at all relaxing.

Rented the double cabana for a bachelorette party day at the pool. Check in was seamless. We had a ton of space, the couches were comfortable and shaded, and the service was super friendly. Hitting the minimum spend between the eight of us was not difficult. The drinks were tasty and strong and food was good too. Overall we really enjoyed our time there. 

Chill pool vibes, friendly service

They were not synchronized with the property. We booked a cabana, but the property was fully booked, and they just threw us out of the cabana three adults and two kids. After we settled in, four different representatives asked me for my confirmation, then they decided that I needed to leave. They ruined our vacation and our vibes. My little girls were starving and started to cry. All this hassle took an hour and a half. Do yourself a favor and consider other options.

Beware before you purchase. When we arrived I had a printed receipt for purchase. The first two desk attendants stated I had not paid and that I was only reserved for beach and pool access but I clearly had a receipt for a day room. After a long wait they finally got a manager who stated I did pay and indeed had a day room. The only positive was the fantastic beach staff but again we did not know we would be charged $25 for an umbrella and there is no shade without this purchase and there is no restrooms on the beach so you have to walk a good distance back to the pool area with your key to access and hope your key works. After the beach they had turned off our room cards completely over an hour early. Another guest let us up the one working elevator. The housekeeper let us in the room (without checking if we had a room at all so anyone could have gotten access)to find no hot water at all.  This was a horrible experience for the price. I would certainly recommend a different location.

The Hotel is my favorite place in Miami, 100 % recommended, however today I have a situation, I rented a Cabana and the prices is 200 over the weekend, to consume the 200, an excellent deal, however as in all hotel you have to leave you card in case you consumptions exceed the 200 dollars, and the issue was I consumed 330 and they supposed to discount 200 from the 330 and never happened 

I was charged in excess 

We absolutely loved the staff. They treated us so well. The food pool and beach are all great. Will return.
