I love how easy it was to check in, the service from Anais, the cleanliness of the place. Cabana was very nice. DJ was amazing.

We found ad for Resort Pass on fb, decided to do it last minute as our plane didn’t leave till late after cruise. Everyone was accommodating and nice at the pool area. Check in was easy - they brought us our bottled water in ice bucket. Cabana is really nice! Pool area and outdoor area is beautiful. Beach is right there. Only issue and I saw this on another review is that lounge chairs on beach are only if available but for some reason the guy tries to tell you no that the day pass/cabana doesn’t come w/them. So we walked back and manager went over and talked to them.  Towels are there at concierge desk and beach area has towels. They had toiletries in bathroom but no washcloths. We had toiletries but no wash cloths so if we go back again, I’ll plan on taking them with us. 
We went middle of week and it wasn’t busy at all.


Fun day 

I have been come to Shelborne hotel as a guest when I was leaving in NY.
 I just move to Miami, I feel super tired after doing my moving and I decide to enjoy my day of at the beach, I bought a Day pass for me and my friend , I arrive 11 am and pool service guy receive us with a nice smile, he ofer  me a cabana at the pool and I explain to him that I was there to enjoy the beach because I have a amazing pool in my new house, he laughs and told us  to show our day pass to the beach staff.
I have never been treated so badly by beach staff, the guy that’s works there received us with a rude attitude, and say that our pass is not valid, “go back to the hotel and talk to the guy that told you to came her “
I come back and the pool service guy try to talk to him, he answered “this guy doesn’t speak English this pass is a  b…talk to the manager, they try to fight with me, ruined my day, I feel sad and disappointed and I have to book and pay again another day pass at the hotel by side.

The beach service employees were so rude 

I have been coming to the shellbourne with resort pass for almost 2 years now. I like to come everytime im on break to spend time by the beach and experience beach side service which resort pass gives the opportunity to do so. I have never been treated so badly by beach staff and even valet. I explain like I always do that I have a beach day pass and they seemed to close the idea and make me pay extra even though my pass i paid for includes all the services like: beach chairs/beach access, towels, and $15 valet fee. I was told that I am not allowed on the beach and have to pay for my own equipment and was treated very badly by the “manager” which was lied about. Once I reached the actual manager, I was able to be accommodated. The fake manager who was rude couldnt even show her face and was ignoring calls from her staff members on shift so she wouldnt deal with us. Later, valet guy refused to give us $15 valet when our pass shows that it is the fee. All of these “new rules” were placed

Worst Customer Service- employees were so rude!

We got off our cruise ship at 9am but our flight wasn’t until 5pm. This was such a good way to fill the day. The cabana is 100% worth it since it comes with a private bathroom and shower, we were able to shower up before heading to the airport so we didn’t smell like chlorine all night during travel. The cabana also came with two pool lounge chairs, which was great because everyone who didn’t have a cabana was kind of fighting over the others. All in all it was a great way to relax before a night of airports and flights.

All was great! Although pass is just for pool access. Beach access chair rentals are extra.

Great Day

This location was absolutely beautiful, great service at the pool and the drinks/food was amazing. Only thing is that since the lounge chairs by the pool are first come first serve, even getting there at a good time in the morning. It was a little bit difficult to find any availability. We had to wait around for someone to leave in order to be able to sit

Great day 

Nice facilities and people. Only problem was the beach chair company charged us for our chaise lounges when they were supposed to be included. The manager of the hotel apologized and made up for it by buying us drinks.

We booked a cabana for 6 people. Comfy and convenient especially having your own private bath. You have access to 2 lounge chairs only but have the option to lounge at the beach if you have more than 2 people wanting a lounge chair. Amenities are very nice. Location is great and staff all very friendly.
