I went for a spa day and absolutely loved it. First I had lunch and a cocktail, I read my book in the salt pool, then took a yoga class with Marney Henze which was absolutely amazing!! Followed by a wonderful massage from Juan. 10/10

Beautiful location, wonderful amenities 

Civana must be paying for advertisements to claim it’s one of the best spas in the country because it was a disappointment. I’ve had amazing experiences at other spas of a similar price in the area. Upon arrival we were directed to the wrong place for our morning yoga class. We also were not told (until we were leaving at the end of the day) that we had to formally check in at the hotel lobby (for a spa day in a separate building). I ordered lunch and the kitchen only made half the order. I asked for an iced coffee and the server told me the place that makes the coffee was closed. So I left the spa and got myself a coffee at the spot I knew was still open. When I came back with the coffee the server asked, “Did you get that from Seed? Sorry about that”. The location of our second yoga class was changed and we had no way of knowing that. The facilities themselves are not immaculate the way other nearby spas are. Massages and yoga instructors were good. 

Underwhelming, disorganized

Excellent experience, very relaxing. Shout out to massage therapist Renee and Victoria. Spa Team members Jeannie and Xavier for attentive, caring and overall offering superior customer service. Extra shout out to Spa Manager Candice! Highly recommend! 

Fantastic! 

I truly enjoyed my time at Civana. The property is beautiful (although a little confusing to navigate with very little direction given). My favorite part was my massage. I need to call and ask for his name again, but the gentleman who was my masseuse was fantastic!! I originally asked for a Swedish massage but while talking with him I explained that I wasn’t getting relief from regular massages but was afraid of the pain from a deep tissue. He proceeded to explain the differences and incorporated THERAPEUTIC deep tissue massage techniques into my massage to let me see whether it was for me or not. He told me to specify that I want a therapeutic massage to be sure I get what I need from it instead of just painful pressure. I also really enjoyed the BodyLove class I took. The instructor was so engaging and made us all feel comfortable and safe. I really connected with myself and the people around me and am very happy I took that class.

Ciava is best spa experience! Carla is a great massage therapist! The entire staff was helpful and offered excellent customer service. Highly recommend! 

Fantastic day at spa 

This was my second "daycation" at Civana and I cannot wait to go back.  The staff goes out of their way to make you feel taken care of.  The environment is beautiful and clean and they are very focused on wellness.  I had a lovely massage with Ben, and he was professional and attentive.  My previous massage was with Jane and she was wonderful as well.  My favorite class is the Floating Guided Meditation.  Civana offers a lovely experience, and I would choose it again and again.
