Fun pool, great water park and excellent service! 

Great pool

Not knowing what to expect, we arrived about 10am to the Marriott. Self parking is an under 5 min walk (valet said 5-10 min walk- to get us to valet car?) to main entrance and onto check in point. Towels and pitchers of ice water with cups are plentiful (no outside food or beverage allowed) and you may take your own pitcher to wherever you are seated. (Bet you would bring some powdered drink mix to add to your cup and stir up your own iced tea) We found a great spot under a row of huge umbrellas - lazy-river side. We stayed as shaded as we wanted to be all day. Occasionally a pool attendant would come by with drink and food menus. The lazy river was wonderful and so much more enjoyable than just a pool to dip in and out of. We went on a Monday late September and there were only a couple hours that it seemed a little more populated with kids than adults but mostly we enjoyed plenty of space. We did not try the water slides but they look fun and were quite popular. 

Lovely Daycation

The staff was extremely nice, from the hotel, pool and the restaurant. Very clean hotel and pool. We had a blast and we will be back!

Everything was great about this location!

I wanted to do something fun since there was no school this Monday. We got some friends and met up at the slides. Moms had a blast but not as much fun as the kids. This resort has tons of kid fun and then nice places for adults to find some peace. The way the pools are separated help everyone find the perfect place for their kind of experience. Food was good. Service was great. We cant wait to go back. The check in process was easy. I will use Resort pass again soon.

Perfection 

My husband and i decided to check out the JW Marriot at Desert Ridge because its close to our home and we wanted a pool day. Everything was perfect from the pool water temperature, the staff, service, and comfortable loungers and furniture. Highly recommend!

Best location for a staycation!

We had a blast at the JW Marriott in Desert Ridge! The new lazy river and slides were a blast! We can't wait to go back!
