JW Marriott Phoenix Desert Ridge Resort & Spa

We were able to thoroughly enjoy ourselves with our 2 year old. Poolside service was on point. The towels and iced water were readily available in convenient locations. 

Very accommodating 

Great Location 

This is a gorgeous resort. Clean, water stations, towels, service to your sun lounger, all the things you cant get at a traditional water park. We went mid week and easily got loungers in the shade, it may get tighter on a weekend. You have to get your parking ticket validated to not pay the outrageous fees so do not forget! Slides are a lot of fun, waits not long at all. Lazy river, several pools to choose from. Good options for kids. My only critiques - it would have been nice to get detailed instructions of the check in process and the food/drinks are really pricey! Also, the resort pass says no outside food but I saw folks walking in with bags from McDonalds. Luckily I had a gut feeling about that and snuck in a few snacks. Overall, an excellent choice for an occasional day out.

Feels luxurious!

The resort used to be upscale,  now it's just busy with murky greenish water in the lazy river. Won't be coming back.

Having the ability to use this amazing pool was amazing.  The servers were on point and displayed excellent customer service!

Best Day Ever

The resort is very nice and clean. Slides were fun as well. I feel as though the day pass here was a little pricey and the food was pricey as well. We appreciated the pitchers of complimentary fruit infused water and the kids quesadillas were yummy, enough for two to eat.

Beautiful Property

I am underwhelmed with this daypass . Per the reservation, the pool closes at 10pm. I booked a daybed for the 21+ area for June 19th. As we were enjoying other areas, some guests found us to let us know that part of the pool closes at 6pm. I checked the reservation and nowhere does it state that that particular area closes early. In addition, it stated that self parking was complimentary but nobody in the pool are was available to help me and the front desk stated that they were told the guests had to pay.

For what I paid, it was completely overpriced and I dont feel inclined to use this services again as I felt misled.
The staff was great and thats the only plus 

Underwhelming 

Amazing pools! Lots of seating, shade, drinking water very easily accessible and we were able to stay comfortable being outdoors for about six hours in the 100 degree weather. Great way to enjoy a beautiful resort!

Loved the resort and pools but way too many unsupervised kids. If you can put up with lots of kids this place is for you. Wheres the adult only pool??
