Ocatilla Pool

This private and spacious body of water is a hidden oasis for those looking for a more intimate lounging experience. Lined with open-air canvas cabanas and deluxe poolside chaises, the Ocatilla Pool paves the way for an effortless and picturesque day in the sun. Drink service is available at the Ocatilla Pool Bar, offering alcoholic and nonalcoholic desert libations, with three flat screen TVs for your viewing pleasure. 

Saguaro Pool

The Saguaro Pool is pure Biltmore glamour with a distinctly grown-up sense of splendor. At this intimately chic scene where it’s always adult swim, the only instructions are to hit pause, set your vibe to Do Not Disturb and soak up the loveliness. This pool is for ages 21+ only.

I purchased a day spa pass that allows access to spa amenities and pools at the resort, so I could spend my birthday relaxing. The property is tucked away and my GPS did not take me to the entrance of the resort. An email explaining where to check in would have been helpful. When I finally made it to the lobby, the concierge told me that I needed to check in at the Spa across the property. Once at the Spa they seemed surprised that I hadn't been checked in at the front of the resort. I was shown the locker room and assigned a locker. I asked where to get pool access, I was informed to check in at the front of the resort, where I had been. After going back to the front, I was told the concierge would have to give me the pass. Apologies were made and I enjoyed some relaxation despite the mix ups. The property is nice, but I was pretty disappointed that the hot tub at the spa was not working. 

First time visiting

Had a very relaxing time and enjoy every minute of my day. After getting a little sun, showered and relaxed in the spa. Then went to dinner at Renatas which was delicious . I will definitely be back! 

Love this spa! 

The entire experience here was great. The staff was pleasant and helpful, food and drink were delicious, and the pool was very enjoyable.

Fabulous Pool Day

Fantastic daycation! 

Myself and group experienced the Tierra Luna Spa and Catalina Pool on a day pass. The spa (gender specific locker rooms steam room, salt room, hot/cold plunge, indoor/outdoor relaxation lounges, zen garden) and pool were beautiful, we definitely felt so relaxed and rejuvenated at the end of the day. But the customer service needs to be improved. Upon checking in the attendant asked if it was our first time, we said yes but we did not get a tour a were given next to no information, except where the lockers were. The Catalina pool is in a completely separate area from the spa but we were not informed of that, once we got to the Catalina pool there were no towels available, & no staff around to ask for towels. I eventually called the resort concierge phone line directly who said they would relay the concern to the pool team but no one came to replenish the towel area for over 3 hours. We had to go back into the spa building for towels.

Beautiful spa/resort, lackluster service

With Monday evening flights we wanted to take full advantage of our last day in Scottsdale. This experience at the Biltmore exceed our expectations. The spa, staff, pool, food and overall experience were superb! The only drawback was our initial checkin where in the midst of being booked the reception took a call and we waited for almost 10 min for another receptionist to walk up and assist. It was extremely rude and Im sure if we werent two black women this wouldnt have happened.  The other receptionist assisted and completed our booking for a wonderful time spent. Moving forward Ill just purchase online instead of through the staff. 

Perfect Way to End a Vacation

Great resort super nice service at the pool was over the top great. There is nothing wrong with our reservation expect the advertising of the glow party pass. For a non guest day pass it was absolutely overly priced for it being sold out. Which honestly there was plenty of space. This would have been better if we were actually guest at the resort not just purchasing a pass for a night pool party. It is honestly my fault at not seeing the times for the glow party (night time) an assuming it was for a day pool party. Still all in all had a good time minus cancelation policy.

We enjoyed the desert themed spa amenities and relaxation area. Was nice to have access to a pool to relax and swim at as well. Would be nice if the Spa had a private pool too.
