The Scottsdale Resort

This is the most peaceful resort, my family loves coming here.  The staff is great and everyone is always so helpful.  The guests are all pretty chill and friendly and its just an all around great vibe.  We love the food and have ordered just about everything on the menu but the pizza is my daughters favorite!

Property and pool were nice, water was cold which was amazing on a 100+day. Pool bartender was bomb, loved her. 
A few things that definitely could have been better. Valet was included but we arrived around checkout time so 10:30 and after waiting in line I got out to inquire but was told was going to be a half hour before they could take my car so I was welcome to self park. That is fine but I was also confused why they couldn't just take my key and park it when they had time. Second we checked in at the front desk we took our own cabana sign to the pool (I guess normally they do this and have it all set to go).  Once at the pool we were told they were short staffed and there was no pool attendant (kind of the idea of having a cabana). I feel like for paying for the cabana I felt no more taken care of than someone using the pool for free. This was my first time out kid free since having my baby and wish it could have been more special.

The pool is nice and not crowded. Would not waste money on a cabana again. Just do a day pass

The price was so reasonable that I wasnt expecting much but they definitely delivered! Great service, easy check in, beautiful resort, we definitely felt taken care of!

What a great way to have fun in this heat. Refreshing chilled pool, good poolside bar service. Clean. 

Refreshing and Fun

Spent a day last week at The Scottsdale Resort pool on a day pass through resortpass.com. We rented a cabana for the day for a very reasonable fee, and it came with (up to 6) day passes, that included a gorgeous fresh fruit platter, 6 cold beers or seltzers in an ice bucket, and 6 cold water bottles in another ice bucket! We had couches under an awning and a coffee table as well as lounge chairs with towels and a small table for in between! Our server/bartender, Mike, brought it all out within 2 minutes of arrival. Mike was great and saw to our every need! The pool is fabulous, with tall tiled towers connected by a levered roofing in the center of the pool with little waterfalls and provides some shade in the center. There's a walkover bridge further down with another waterfall over the water that leads to a very shallow beach type place to hang in the water still. Party Music played the whole time and was not too loud and provided some great ambiance for a fun day. Food was great too!

Great pool day! 

This resort had fantastic service and the cabana was nice and cool on one of the hottest days on record.  The food was great and they gave you a lot.  I would definitely recommend and will do a cabana day pass at this resort again.  

Great Service 

This is a beautiful resort with an amazing staff! From the moment we checked they were very polite and welcoming.  Everyone was accommodating and helpful, ensuring that we all had a wonderful time.  The bathrooms were clean and regularly maintained, and someone was always checking to see if we we needed anything. This was about as close to perfection as we could obtain in 118 degree weather!  According to my girls, it was AWESOME!  We cant wait to return.

Amazing Staff

It was a very relaxing afternoon.  Perfect pool, and wasn't crowded, great food and drink service, plus you could go to the bar at the pool if wanted.  Got to cool down for a bit on a day that was 114 degrees.
