Really good chill experience as I was coming from the airport. The drinks were so good. They had my daybed ready for me.

Good vibe

First off, the Valley Ho is super fun.  Great atmosphere, delicious drinks, and fun DJ. We had prepaid for a daybed that was $250. We treated our daughter and husband from Australia to food and drinks during our stay.  When it was time for the bill,  the server brought us a voided receipt for nearly $500 that she accidentally charged to our card.  Our bill was less than $300 with an additional $110 tip they automatically added to the bill,  making our bill $400. Over 30% tip???? What the heck???? The card we were using was my husband's bonus money that had limited funds available.  Our card was declined. Well it worked for the $500 on the other guest's bill that they originally added to the card.  We had to use our regular card to pay.  It took more than a week for my husband's bonus credit card to have the funds available again.  Needless to say,  being over tipped and wrong charges being added to our card, ruined our fun day!

I have stayed at Hotel Valley Ho for many years. My boyfriend and I used to call it our home away from home. We recently purchased a condo in Scottsdale but it made me sad that we would not be stayin at the Ho. I am grateful for the day passes and option to purchase cabanas because I love this place that much. The pool is SO fun, the staff is amazing and the DJ is perfect.

I've reserved 3 cabanas on four separate dates for my business's events (30-35 people in total) this summer and the staff, DJ and our waiter Trevor and helping hand Alex are incredible. We have literally had the best time every single time and I will absolute us utilizing this space for future events and highly recommend.

Great music, and drinks! Staff was attentive and did a great job. Happy to see there was extra seating for those not in cabanas or or sofas beds. Everybody just seemed to be having a great time! Will be back!

We always have a great time at VHO.  DJ does a great job keeping the crowd going.  Service is always top notch.
