Eilan Hotel & Spa

The pool is large so it never feels crowded. Also, given it's size, it was still cool and refreshing.  We went on a Sunday so the water was a bit murky and needed skimming.  Staff was attentive and the food was good. 

Great pool

Spent a full day at the spa. Everyone who worked there was friendly and helpful, making the day so much better. 
I was under the impression a spa pass was required if you want to stay in the spa beyond the services purchased. That is not the case. All spa amenities are included if you purchase a service FYI. If I want to use the spa without a service I would purchase a pass. 

Amazing Spa

First time at this hotel & pool.  Beautiful lobby and super helpful ladies at the spa to assist with check in at the pool.  Cabana was ok; the actual cabana material looked like circus stripes.  The waitstaff only came around one time while we were there for 5 hours.  Not very friendly or customer service oriented.  Pool water was hazy; looked like a coating of sunscreen & leaves on top of the water.  Cool deck was not cool; we burned our feet walking back & forth to the snack bar. 

Nice

We paid $235 for the cabana.  When we arrived to cost was shown as $100 at the hotel.  Then the manager was walking around telling people that the cabanas were free today.  Nice cabana and pool.  Just felt a little ripped off.

We enjoyed our relaxing and rejuvenating 45th Pre-Birthday Daycation Celebration great way to start with small bites and cocktails by the pool. We were soaking in the relaxing pool for the day with great happiness for the whole family. We definitely will be returning!

The pool staff was phenomenal! They helped us move to a bigger cabana to accommodate our group and they were super friendly and sweet. All of the bartenders were fantastic. The front desk of the hotel was a little cold to us, but I know we are not their prime guests.
