Had a great time with my brother and his family. Got there early as soon as it opened at 7am and enjoyed ourselves before crowd got there. Clean facilities and very friendly staff.  Limited parking due to convention. 

Amazing Daycation!!!

I had a surprise day off from work and decided to bring my kids for a fun day on the lazy river. We arrived early to secure seats with shade are had to sit under some trees with no view of the pool or lazy river since there were only a handful of umbrellas. This is sunny Tucson in 100+ degree weather. Providing adequate shade/sun protection is a safety issue in Tucson. If we weren't on a time crunch due to afternoon appointments, I would have gone to any of the Marriott's in Scottsdale, they have adequate shade and regularly bring water to all the guests. This location is a better option in the spring/fall.

We had a great day at the pool. All the staff were friendly and helpful. 

Great Day

The pool is nice, the food was good enough, the service was very good, but this is definitely not somewhere I would recommend to adults looking to relax. Majority of the guests were screaming children. It would be nice if they had an adults only pool. You really cant escape them, it is unfortunate. But if you're a family this would be an ideal spot.

Not ideal for kid-less people

From check-in to days end, staff was pleasant, and every part of the day was very enjoyable!

Starr Pass is a perfect spot to be for a hot day in Tucson! Lazy River & Slide was a huge hit for our kiddo and 10% off food/drinks is a huge plus!

Great day, great pool

I have been to this location with kids and alone with my husband. Excellent for both. Kids are entertained with the lazy river and waterslide! Relaxing for a couple to sit by the pool and enjoy the hot tub. Menu as expected with high prices considering it is a Marriott hotel. Loved the cauliflower hummus, it was an unexpected treat.
