Pasadena Hotel & Pool

Check in was great and the pool is nice, but their food policy is odd. They mentioned I could order from a QR code for when the restaurant opened, but then was informed that you can only eat in the downstairs lobby. There is no outside food or drink. Overall nice chairs and ample sun and shade. 

Nice pool, but not quite as described

Great pool, and in the summer and fall that had food and drinks that could be delivered by a wonderful attendant. The no outside food or beverage policy was understandable then, however, in the winter when there is no food or drink available in the hotel until 4pm, and you have to go down and get it yourself, the no outside food policy seems unreasonable.

The pool is warm. It's a beautiful pool. 4 stars because after 2pm, there is a building that blocks the sun. 

Nice Pool

I liked the size of the pool with a nice view on the mountains but its on the third flour not the 7th floor of the hotel, so you can not watch the sunset.
The water was not warm enough just when it got cooler outside it started to feel more pleasant. My baby did not enjoy it, it was to cold for her.
There was supposed to be a pool service you can order food and drinks at 4:30pm but it never showed up.
I am not sure if I will be back.
$35 seems overpriced compared to Universal where you pay $20 and get a jacuzzi on top.

Ok but not superb

We loved our day at Pasadena Hotel & Pool! We are locals, and we instantly felt like we were away on vacation. The food and drink service poolside was very friendly, and it was a great crowd of adults just there enjoying hanging out. We're vegan, and so one thing to be aware of is that food menu isn't very vegan friendly -- that's probably the main thing that would make us try someplace else. Overall a very easy experience and a great day.

Friendly, low-key, wondefully located. Reasonable parking costs.

Great location and facilities

I enjoyed my day relaxing at the Pasadena Hotel & Pool. Check-in was easy and friendly. The pool was large and a great temperature. Plenty of comfortable loungers and abundant towels. Loved being able to order food and cocktails via QR code. Will definitely be back.

Quiet and relaxing with friendly service

The front desk was super friendly and so helpful they keep your bags for you as well. Pool outdoor space was great!
Bathroom,outdoor shower and gym are all clean and nice towels provided  the pool was clean my only thing was it was a bit chilly water. But I still had a great day andi was the only one in the whole ares #score

All by myself 

One of the better hotel pools on the East Side. Perfect mix of family friendly and adults enjoying quiet time.
