From our check in to our wonderful day in our reserved cabana the Royal Sonesta was amazing! Jenny was our server and she worked hard to make everyone feel special. Our food was awesome and the drinks were perfect. 
We will definitely be back!

Best day ever!

The facility is nice but my masseuse cut my massage short 10 minutes even tho I was waiting. 

Not so great massage 

The amenities were great. Loved the pool and beach access. The drinks were wonderful for a fun day in the sun.

Just what I needed

Resort is beautiful! Pool and drinks from swim up bar is amazing! We booked a spacation, total 360$ for 2 people with taxes and fees. This Included an 50 min massage and access to pool, beach and restaurants for the day as well as 2 complimentary drinks . Not impressed with the spa. Very overpriced, full body massage was just ok. Didnt do feet, hands, upper thighs, lower back, and barely shoulders and neck. Ive had many massages and know what a good one is. The resort is great but we dont recommend the spa. Everything else was amazing.

Enjoyed our day spa pass which also included a free drink coupon. Even though it rained on and off that day we definitely enjoyed our time, especially the massage. Would go back for sure next time we go to Puerto Rico.

Royal Sonesta Isla Verde PR

We looked at a lot of places and were so glad we chose the Royal Sonesta. The check in process was easy and the staff was great. The service there was top notch. Our server was very attentive and very personable. The pool was very relaxing and it was easy to take a quick stroll onto the beach.

Great relaxing day at the pool and beach

We rented a cabana and we were able to store our luggage with the hotel. We loved going from the pool to the ocean and we were able to soak up a lot of rays on a super hot day, before we returned home later that evening. 

Incredible Service, Beautiful Location and Beach!

Pool manager and waiters were great. However front desk folks seemed racist to me. Mistreated us.

The spa was good. Small waiting area but enjoyed sauna and steam room. The massage therapists were good but I felt they could give you more privacy to get into the massage bed and out without them being in the room holding a towel up.

The resort had a beautiful layout, lots of poolside lounging areas. Great restaurant on the beach. Loved the amenities.
