This resort seems like a kind of a hole in the wall type place. The pool was nice but the grounds isn't extravagant like the OMNI or HYATT. I will not book this spot again.

Regal Oaks is a great place for a day by the pool. The friendly staff at the front desk greeted me by name as if they had been waiting all day for me, and sent me on my way to their lovely pool. The facilities were clean, and very comfortable. Lunch at the poolside restaurant was amazing, and the super friendly bartender made me a special drink that I loved. As far as days by the pool go, this was one of my favorites!

This was a great way to spend the day while my daughter was at Disney. The staff were super nice and helpful! and you can't beat the price. I also had the $5 shrimp po boy, recommended by Brittany (who was the perfect bartender), for lunch and it was delicious!

I really enjoyed my visit to the Regal Oaks Resort. It was a pleasant visit, hassle free, and staff couldn't be nicer. I really enjoyed the large pool, hot tub, and a nice lunch. It was just what I needed!

Checking in was unorganized they were under staffed and were not sure what to make of our resort pass. Service could have been better at the bar. Our complimentary drink was hard to get. But it ended up being pretty laid back and my kids enjoyed the two slides, it was pretty empty for a resort so they were able to use it for hours.

The best so far!!! Very pleased with the attention and service from everyone, very friendly staff. It’s my new escape from town.

Liked the fact that they had uplifting music playing, nice pool, pool was a nice temperature, loved the water slides, no one bothers you. Good to relax.

The grounds were nice and clean. This resort has a large pool, jacuzzi and two water slides. The food was delicious. The music and slushies were also great. My 8 year old daughter had a blast and we will definitely return.

Any regular ResortPass customer has sadly become accustomed to paying an additional fee for parking --- not all do, though. Luckily, this resort includes free parking. Wouldn't it be nice if all such partner resorts offered free parking? In addition, the Regal Oaks Resort gifts the customer with a complementary drink: a nice bonus. The swimming pool is large and inviting. The gym is more than adequate. The tennis court is in good condition. What is most impressive, however, is the service I received from front desk employee Florence. She was truly welcoming and helpful. Her attentiveness to customer service makes her an invaluable ambassador for Regal Oaks Resort and a plus for ResortPass customers.
