Beautiful overall!

Check in at the hotel was a breeze. Server by the pool was just okay. Extremely long wait times for something as simple as the included infusion water. Paid extra for the daybed to have the server. Live music was painful. 

Hidden within the Disney Bubble

Its a beautiful resort with very friendly staff. There's a lot of families with no adult only section so be aware. Food was good. Would go back. 

Worth it

Was looking for a quieter spot to spend the day with a friend, and we had a perfect day. 

Perfect Day

Took a daycation and it was so worth it! All areas were clean and the service from the valet, front desk, towel attendant and the servers by the pool was top notch. Definitely recommend and will come back. 

Peaceful and fun

Brought my whole family here on a day pass with cabana to celebrate my moms 60th birthday. We had a perfect day! Everything was super clean. Staff was very attentive and so sweet!!!! TV was a hit for the little ones and the pool was the perfect temperature we walked over to the lazy river and it was so much fun!!! We will be back! 

Peaceful paradise

Wonderful experience! The only negative is I didn't realize we had to pay for parking, and it was more than $35 for the day. Our host and server were both extremely nice and took great care of us all day. The cabana was well stocked and we really enjoyed the fruit platter and infused water. The menu/food was very enjoyable and priced as expected. We would definitely go back when in Orlando!

If I wasnt so incredibly lazy right now, Id write a paragraph on how amazing this hotel is but Ill keep it short, its absolutely stunning, the customer service is top notch and I literally felt like I was in paradise. 

Amazing customer service

Really chill day. I don't think it was necessary to reserve a day bed in December. There were plenty of sun beds. But it was very nice for snuggling in the sunshine. Will do again! Like many resorts, they were a little confused about how Resort Pass works and I had to explain it.
