My Mom and I visited the JW Pool on Tuesday and had a wonderful time!  There were plenty of chairs to choose from and the food service was excellent.  The check-in process was super easy.  We will definitley be back! 

Lovely Day!

The place is amazing, very well kept. I only put 4 stars because when we went, the restaurant closed early for an event and there was no other place to get drinks but the hotel lobby, I feel like maybe we could've had a heads up and we could've booked on a different day 

Very Nice

We enjoyed ourselves and had a great time but I think it's a little overpriced for what they offer. I couldn't imagine paying the price for a busy day we went on a Monday. My boys 16 and 11 were expecting more but overall had a good time even in the JW studio. The main reason my son picked this location over others was for the adventure park but he was a little disappointed that it wasn't as exciting and no zip lining style part as we thought from the pictures and he finished it fast. He was disappointed in that but enjoyed the waterslides. My youngest pointed out that the lazy river really was lazy not a strong current you need to put in the work to go around at a decent speed it is slower than a typical lazy river. The temperature was great not cold even though the weather was cooler. My youngest wants to go back for his birthday. I think it's a little too much for what they have but it was peaceful and they did enjoy themselves.

Amazing day

Probably one of the very few resorts where you get enough food for the amount of money you pay. I don't believe Resort Pass guests should be charged for parking. So be aware there is a charge for self parking. You could get your parking ticket validated if you dine in at one of they're restaurants.

The place great but I paid twice and have been trying to contact someone but nobody has reached out to me. I appreciate the attention on this matter and get my refund. Thanks,

Payment issue

Checking in was easy, we went to the lobby and got wristbands and a key to the pool. One of the water slides was closed which was disappointing but the other two slides were fun. The bar was very overpriced. Frozen drinks were $20 and mixed drinks were $19 with an added 18% gratuity for your convenience.  Lazy river was very relaxing, they could have skimmed the pool before opening, there were a lot of leaves. The bathrooms were a bit messy but to be expected at a water park with families. Overall a fun experience I wouldn't choose to come again for the price paid ($59 per person). 

Nice but overpriced 

Staff at the pool was excellent. Property is beautiful and well maintained. Great day for a mother and daughter get away. Parking was $36 and additional gratuity was added for service. I read previously in reviews so was expecting. 

Perfect Daycation

Everything was amazing Easy check in at front desk for bracelets and lovely property. We enjoyed our afternoon while waiting for our addditional guest to arrive that evening before we left for beach 
I would definitely do this again !
