Great place for a little getaway. We did a day pass. The pool was awesome, the hot tub too. We did order some drinks and the lobster BLT is a must. Definitely would go again.

My teens loved it! And they don’t love much! The food was good. The ambience and service was great.

Lots of fun!

I waited almost 2 years to finally be able to get a weekend pass for this hotel again. When we arrived at 10am, there was ONE chair available and ONE towel in the towel station. There were plenty of empty chairs where people placed towels to "hold" them. Fernando was able to find us a 2nd chair but it was bottomed out. He tried :) The bar staff was very adamant about not knowing anything about the pool area and said "we are a different company." We got a good chair about 4 hrs later, ordered food that was brought out and left on our table uncovered even after we explained that we were stepping away. I was able to obtain a box before the birds attacked my pizza. Drinks are PRICEY!! I will probably give this place one more try..perhaps it was just an off day.

Not the Best Day ..

Small hotel, clean and nice service - everyone was friendly and the pool was sparkling clean - free mimosas on sunday’s:).  get there early to get a chair - they go fast

Pool area was great! Loved the games and sports available. It was a bit crowded so tough to find chairs and even towels, but that was kind of expected at the start of spring break week.. Pool bar and food was convenient and delicious.

We spent a fun day swimming and relaxing at Melia Orlando. You first go to the front desk to check in and they give you a wrist band that opens the doors and give you access to the towel dispenser. There were lots of options for seating such as lounge chairs, tables with chairs and comfy couches. The pool is circular shaped and very beautiful and clean. There’s a restaurant on site and restrooms close by the pool. The staff is very friendly and makes your stay extra enjoyable. We’ll definitely be back!

Beautiful Day!

I got a day pass for a quick getaway. The staff is really friendly and helpful, but it was very busy. I barely found a seat by the pool and didn’t give me the vibes I was looking for. The pool area is pretty but small and feels tight when crowded. Also the drinks and food are expensive so be prepared to spend some money if you want to eat or drink. I ended up leaving early and just hitting the beach instead.

Not great 

Awesome Pool w/a relaxed vibe.  Yessenia, our pool server was Amazing. She was very kind while apologetic about wait times. The zero entry pool was clean. There is also H2O volleyball & basketball, ping pong, foosball & large jenga blocks & putting green to keep you entertained. The music was nice & not over bearing. Parking was plentiful. Towels & chairs were scarce upon arrival @1 o’clock but a hotel guest shared 2 of the final 4 towels & then we ended up claiming lounge chairs adjacent to them as another party left.  We got them additional towels once they were replenished. There is a wonderful multicultural environment here with lots of Nice Friendly People.
The downfalls were no soap in the men’s bathroom at the pool and then the urinal overflowed.  I shared same with staff who addressed the urinal & marked it out of order but the soap was never refilled throughout the afternoon. Additionally Safety wise, the top step on the pool ladder was loose and missing the tread pad.
