Total let down. Terrible accommodations and service. Disney has lost its attraction. Next time ill go to Marriott or Hyatt or Hilton or Sheraton.

Keep It

It's a great option for those who want to use the hotel's facilities without needing to stay there. The service was very good, the cabin's structure delivered what it promised, we really liked it!

Great Day Use!

Pool was not heated as advertised and the was not enough umbrellas in the area reserved for day passes only for the cabanas. Staff is super nice and helpful.

Phenomenal service. The cabanas by the swan lap pool were amazing!!! 
Be advice to ask for the parking validation to get it at $15. We went to the booth to exit and had to pay $38.34 turned around to get it corrected. It took a bit of time for them to tell us we should have asked. No where in the instructions said to get it done. When we got there we entered through a no kiosk entrance (no ticket was given). Anyway that was the only issue we encountered. Loved the location and the service!  Will def come back.

Excellent Disney level experience. The time was great, pools beautiful, and they were very accommodating of guests on the resort pass. For our first time to Disney we stayed off grounds due to cost and perceived flexibility. After our time at the pool today my wife and I will stay at Disney now just based on our interactions with the staff, the amenities, and an all around top notch experience. A great all around day with our three year old at the pool.
