The place is immaculate, the view from the infinity is stunning.  The service and attention from the staff is over the top.  The food at the pool bar was delicious.  I will definitely be coming back again.

Checked in around 9 am, it was very pleasant and simple. I was provided with a wrist band, keycard and 15$ voucher for food and beverages. The pool area is very beautiful and the infinity edge pool is very large. Thank you Sheraton for a lovely day!

I am so grateful I stumbled across ResortPass. This made my first time travel to Puerto Rico with a kid so enjoyable and all around great experience. The hotel was in a great location across from the convention center and Distrito TMobile. I stayed in an Airbnb about 10 mins from there because hotel prices were skyrocketed. However, I wanted to give my child a pool experience and Sheraton Hotel Resort Pass did just that. All day access to the pool, hot tub and amenities. $15 complimentary food voucher at the outside pool bar and restaurant and the view! My son thoroughly enjoyed the rooftop infinity pool. We cant wait to come back. We ended buying another pass the next day. We had to check out of our airbnb at 11am and my flight wasnt until 6:40pm. So the hotel stored my luggage for the few hours we were pool side before returning home. It was truly a blessing .
