Great location for a relaxing day by the pool. I preferred no attendant by the pool to hassle us, so we could do our own thing and there was a restaurant and bar open just inside if you needed anything. We ordered food to the hotel and brought face masks and made our own little spa day. We truly had the pool to ourselves this day (on a Wednesday). Pool was heated to around 79-80, could have been about 84-85 would have been perfect but otherwise all amenities and total experience was phenomenal. We ended the day at the rooftop bar Hive and Honey, recommend beer/wine or their own specialty cocktails, but have not had good luck with ordering off menu. A cosmopolitan came in a tall glass with ice there once when I ordered it, huh? 

Convenient location, empty heated pool

Was well worth the value and was a beautiful day. Staff were friendly and helpful. It started with the Velvet attendant. I have an injury and Trip was amazing. He went above and beyond. Thank you very much everyone. 

Great Daycation

Our experience was great, from the valet, to checking in, being greeted by the Manager. We were treated very well by the bartender & staff. The other guests were friendly as well, overall very good vibes from all. The hotel is chic & the pool area is clean & well maintained. The cabanas are nice & better than pictured. Restrooms are near the pool. There were plenty of towels stocked. We ordered at the bar which is very close to the pool area. It was worth it! The pool is on the chilly side but will be perfect once it warms up.

Perfect pool day

This suit our needs perfectly.  The hotel is nice,  close and the pool area is gorgeous. Front desk was very familiar with Resort Pass and checkin was easy and smooth.  Great discount on Valet Parking, great service from valet and hotel staff.  Pool area is immaculate, clean restrooms and a shower area.  The pool was advertised as heated, but we found it very cold.  No prob, Hot tub was great!  Id definitely choose this property again.  Gym access is also included, though we didnt take advantage of that benefit.  Great property for a pool day!

Great option for a quiet relaxing pool day

Staff was so nice. Pool was amazing and not crowded. Enjoyed lunch from the restaurant brought to us by the pool. Gym is amazing but didn't use; next time. Bathrooms by pool to change. 

wonderful day

We had a great day, the sun beds were very comfortable the pool clean and inviting.
We had access to the gym and tea and coffee making facilities.  We had our lunch at the hotel the food was great quality and good value. The service was of course excellent.
It was a great experience. 

Lovely location, we had the place to ourselves

Great people, welcoming and super kind. Valet at the front was kind of confusing, they didn't come up to the car so it wasn't clear if self park was available. They ended up being nice in the end by allowing me to self park in the valet area for free. No pool service when I was there, but the restaurant is nearby. Their app apparently offers pool service, but there was no way for me to order at the site. Over all pretty confusing and the menu lacked options, but the pool chairs were nice and towels were plentiful.

Great People

The gym was nice and there was plenty of available machines. There is also a nice lobby to sit and work. It was a bit chilly so the pool was of less interest than the hot tub. However. this time of year the pool definitely had a desolate feel. There wasn't a single staff member around if you needed anything and even the restaurant only had one bartender the entire afternoon. The biggest bummer was that Starbucks says it is open until 2 on this site but when I got there at noon it was already closed (I was told it closed at 11am) and I had really wanted a coffee to sit near the pool. I will be interested to see if there is more service when the months get warmer.

Nice facilities but not a lot of service

Great! Wonderful hotel. Nice amenities and wasn't too crowded. We will definitely come again!
