I spent a few hours here with my little sister one afternoon and it was definitely kid friendly. The pool was a little chilly but she didn’t seem to mind and had a blast playing in the shallow area.

Kid friendly afternoon!

Check in was very simple, I just showed them our reservation booking, and immediately received a key for the pool! The pool was clean, the landscaping was beautiful and relaxing, and the pool was quiet with very few people there. Plenty of shade, and a whirlpool, which was very refreshing! The price was very reasonable! Definitely will be coming back!

Awesome

The hotel and pool area was clean and the staff was mostly nice. However, at check in I said that I want to double check that the pool was heated (the whole reason we had booked there, we had a non heated pool at our VRBO) they got kinda weird and scoffed at me and said yes it’s heated but it’s going to be 90° today so that doesn’t matter. Well my kids are 6 months, 3.5 yrs and 6 yrs, it matters to them. It was super sad to pay the money and get lied to and then have to try and swim in a very cold pool. I was the only was to get in the water and it was cold despite my best efforts to makes the most of it. This was the general consensus with the other guests around the pool as well. 
I’m just mostly bummed that I was lied to. I’m not sure what the point of that was when they knew I would find out 2 minutes later when we got to the pool.  

Staff was not honest 

The hotel was beautiful, it was peaceful in the morning and I probably should of taken advantage of that. Because not to long after the place was packed. There was event for I believe kids baseball which overcrowded the place with to many kids The kids was running ,splashing & over crowded the jacuzzi I didn’t believe how many kids could fit in it  . There was no lockers or showers . I booked this event for my first experience in resort pass and the location was great but I didn’t have much peace . There Is also a college across the street so a-lot of  college kids was there it was like they was taking turns Little’s kids then the big kids.

The only downside of this pool was the limited seating options. We got there mid-morning hoping to grab a spot but all of the lawn chair were taken so we had to lay on concrete. Eventually a group left the pool and we were able to grab their chairs.

Our family booked a resort pass here because we had a late flight out of Phoenix and weren’t sure how to spend the day. The pool was clean and the staff was friendly.

Went for the day , my grandchildren were so happy ! Didn't leave till late in evening because of how nice it was!! We will be doing the day pass again!!

Perfect for our family and budget!

It was very easy to get access to a day pass to use the pool.   Super happy and the kids enjoyed the pool area for the day.  Very clean and well kept.
