Great location and staff

We always have an incredible time in this place, this is the second time we have been here. Let's get started; Once you arrive you show your reservation and they have your cards ready. I liked that since we didn't waste time. We got straight to the pool and I must say that there are not too many people and that is nice since we have a space to enjoy. At meal time I only had to show that my reservation included the $15.00 vouchers for adults and they accepted them without any problem. I would definitely return to this place. The attention is very good.

The kids had such a great time in the pool and on the ship slide. The hotel even had an Easter egg hunt prepared for the kids. Definitely bringing my kids here again!
