Con the bathroom had no soap and no paper towels.  The pool towels took 30 minutes to be restocked. 
Pro staff was nice. Pool is nice. 

Nice experience 

The cabana rental and service staff was great.  Reserved this cabana on a Thursday and my husband needed to work so having the air con indoor part of the cabana was awesome.  Private bathroom so awesome!   Food and drink prices prob about average with any other place.  The only disappointment was the pool - I was surprised for a weekday the number of kids at the pool - it was a lot and there was supposed to be an adult only pool but because the heater was broken on the main pool they were letting people who complained use the adult pool - I dont think its kids complaining about pool temp - chairs crowded around kid pool and not at adult so good excuse.  Hot tub heater not working either and always full of kids.

I would have given 5 stars if it wasnt for the hiccup when trying to check in - they werent able to find my reservation- had to contact HORA RENTALS to figure out the right room number but everything else was superb!!! We will be back!!!

Amazing Daycation

Place was ok and Cabana was nice. Pool was freezing despite it being May 29. You have to eat their food and drinks and the menu was super small and super expensive. For 4 burgers and a pizza and 5 beers we spent $350. 

Nice but expensive 

The cabana was smaller than it looked in the picture, was my first impression. however you don't really spend much  time in it. We spent most of our  time outside under the umbrella and by the pool.  They are very strict about no alcohol or food from outside so keep that in mind. The drinks are all $19 + resort and other taxes. Basically the 10% discount covers all the additional taxes they add on to food and drink. The pool was extremely cold, none of the jacuzzies were working. The adults pool is much better than the main one. even with all that said, I would rent again.

Such a great time at the hotel. The cabana has everything you need. Pool is nice and beach access is great.

No direction from hotel staff on how to get to cabana, has to trek luggage across entire property and up and down stairs. Cabana was not what was advertised, way over priced for what we got. pool water was hot!!! Shower only had scalding water couldnt even use it. Restaurant food was decent but again way over priced. 

Not great

Do not rent from this company. They will advertise rental times for your cabana and beach chairs, but will not fulfill their timeline promises.
We had a cabana and beach chairs rented, and informed the beach attendants that we will be back and forth between beach and pool only
To find our beach chairs taken away after one time at the beach. There are other companies directly next to this one that will honor their contracted time frames. We will not be using this company again for resort pass and advise you do the same.
