I found the location unsatisfactory and not as described. Beach area was very Rocky which made it hard to get into the water. Was not very handicapped accessible. No toilet seats. Food on the buffet was sub par where my grandson would not even eat the hot dog
Only thing that was good was the help was very helpful and accommodating 



Needing improvements

We booked the resort for an easy time off the ship. The taxi service out of the port is simple and three of us traveled by cab ($12 fee, and we tipped $1 each for $15 total for 3 from the port to the resort.) 
We booked directly through Resort for a Day, not the ship, and saved us significantly. The resort is clean. Lots of pretty architectural features like mosaics tiles, colored glass balls (they could use dusting) and plates. The staff, especially Angel, super friendly and helpful. We had multiple icy drinks (choosing the virgin option) of a strawberry daiquiri, and pina colada. We ate off their buffet more than once.
The pool was large with lots of chaise in shade, plus tables w/umbrellas & chairs right by the ocean, where the dolphin enclosures are. Indoor dining space where the buffet and bar is located. 
The sea lion show was good. We enjoyed it even in the rain. We could have gone in the ocean but didnt. Lagoon/beach gentle for kids. You can go further to snorkel. Relaxing. 

Clean, caring staff, great decor

Everything was nice. The sea lion show was very cool, food and drink was good, quick taxi ride from the port. Good for the amount paid. Cheaper then paying for a cruise excursion to the same location.

Vey nice

My family and I had a great time.  Staff were friendly.  Clean and fun atmosphere.  We purchased a day pass which included admission, free buffet and drinks, pool and facility access , chairs and lockers were also included and sea lion show.  Everything was great except for the food which was not what I expected hot dogs and burger Patties with no buns, unflavored fries, limited fruit and salad bar, yellow rice, refried beans, water down rice pudding,  jello, chicken with peppers and onions and tortilla.  All drinks were watered down.  The sea lion show exceeded our expectations.  I would definitely come back, but not for the all inclusive day pass. 

Nice time with family 

If you are looking for an inexpensive safe excursion this is the place for you. We loved the sea lion show (free) and enjoyed free drinks at the pool. Lunch was good considering its part of the price. We did not wander too far from the pool area. Went to try and snorkel but the water mid afternoon was rough. Did see numerous fish in the little time I was out there.

Great Cruise Spot

This was a fun place to go, especially for the kids. The pool was great, until it was closed halfway through the day with no explanation. My daughter loved snorkeling at the reef, and the sea lion show was good. The only downside is people constantly asking you to buy things from the moment you arrive until you leave.

Fun destination for kids!

Very disappointed in this resort pass. It was way to crowded. Pictures are misleading. We tried to go to the beach where we were told that the water was 25 feet deep close and close to 45 deep, not kid friendly. The area you could walk in was tiny and packed! Then if we wanted food or drink we would need to go back to the pool area, not a short walk! 

Do not recommend!

Nice area, but not easy to access water.  It immediately drops off deep.  Friendly and efficient server.  Food was decent buffet.  Pool was nice, but the water massagers were not working.

Good Value and enjoyable day

We enjoyed hanging out at the pool but didn't investigate too much beyond that. Overall, the property was clean and well kept. It was a short taxi ride from the cruise ship and everything went very smoothly. There aren't a lot of loungers at the pool but there were plenty of tables with umbrellas. 

Low key beach day!

Place had it all. Snorkeling, food, drinks, chairs, umbrellas and lots to do. Great for cruise excursions at half price
