Hotel Los Gatos

There was not enough space in the gym or the pool area.  There was no seating by the pool for the entire time I was there which defeats the purpose.  They overbooked for the passes and I would not recommend this location.  

Not enough space 

The Hotel Los Gatos is gorgeous and the pool is perfectly situated where you can get some good sun! The hotel is located next to some great cafes and shops and on some weekends theres a street fair right next to the hotel! The trees surrounding offer peace and privacy from the rest of Los Gatos. Although the pool area is small, it is easy to get a good chair if you arrive late in the morning! The gym amenities are also top of the line and the gym view makes working out very nice! They also have a peloton! 

Great location, so peaceful 

Staff was pleasant and professional. The pool was nice . I enjoyed it very much . It was definitely smaller than I had hoped. Location was great after my business in San Jose , I was able to park , walk to grab a quick bite and enjoy the pool . 

Great location for me 

Not as advertised. Hot tub was open when booked but closed during our visit. No one contacted us in advance to inform us to give us the chance to cancel. The space is very small and without the hot tub open too small. Also there are only 4 sets of chairs and there were 3 sets of resort pass guests, leaving only one space for hotel guests. Too many resort passes issued. When we arrived there was no space to sit. Also no shade. Some
Of the umbrellas were broken.  If this hotel continues this program there should be reserved seats held for resort passes because there is not enough space. When space became available, it was nice. Pool was warm and the location is pretty. Gym was small but nice.  Restaurant was closed on Monday. 

Small space and overbooked

There were no chairs, no did or drink. The pool. Was tiny and packed with very loud kids.  We left after an hour.  We asked for our money back.  The front desk staff was rude.

Horrible experience

Nice small pool. Pretty setting. Hot tub out of order which was a disappointment. Small gym but all the necessities. Water fill station. A little messy around pool from other individuals eating. Front desk staff helpful and friendly. Easy parking. 

Nice pool but hot tub broken 

The hot tub was broken, the staff unfriendly, no music or any kind of a vibe. We ended up leaving after an hour. Pretty disappointing and boring experience overall. 

Would never do this again 

The pool was too small - it got very crowded and loud and it was not a relaxing experience. The listing in the app also says that food service and drink service is available, but it is not. There is only a restaurant that only serves dinner.

Too small

The pool is small and there are only eight chairs total.  More than once throughout the day there were 10 people there.  Some had to stand.  

Nice hotel but too small a pool area

We had the pool to ourselves it was nice.
