Great location and facilities, but limited food choices at the bistro. But still worth the trip.

Great location

Ive been coming to the combination of Springhill & Marriot hotel for about 3-4 years now, off and on, and I think its safe to say its in a weird place right now. Although we had a great time, some things werent great, the towels are smaller & a lot more rough on the body. We also were super turned off by the rude & extremely displeased bartender at Tides, named Karla. She wasnt inviting & was super snippy when we had questions, the drinks were 3/4 full & they are not cheap! The Starbucks bar was
not open and that was also super disappointing. All in all, ill think twice before booking again, hopefully things turn around or they were having an off day. 

Falling a tad. 

I was disappointed from arrival to departure, the staff were short with me, while we were provided wristbands we were literally locked out of everything including our complimentary parking. Im not sure why a business would offer this service and then fail to provide services paid for 

Great Location 

We loved this pool and love that its mostly shallow so my kids can play all throughout the pool as they arent fond of deep waters. The atmosphere was amazing and so relaxing! Will be back again for sure!

Awesome pool!

The experience was great. Enough sun chairs for everyone. The pool was not crowded. Food from the tide bar was great. Overall we had a great time. 

Very pleasant experience 

Enjoyed a relaxing day around their beautiful pool. The bar was great. The food was delicious. 

Pool was smaller than the pictures suggested. We were told we could use the hotel freely and even asked if we could eat outside food in the lobby and was told yes, but housekeeping asked us to leave once the girls were eating because they needed to "clean for a party tomorrow ". It was around noon and people continued to use these tables the rest of the day. Only complaint. Otherwise staff was nice and helpful. 

Great location/beautiful pool!

This was a great first experience! Check in was easy and the staff was very pleasant. There were plenty of chairs available. the pool was a little dirty, mostly leaves, but the water was clear. We left to have lunch is the downtown area and when we came back, there was still plenty of space, even though it had become a little more crowded.

Beautiful property!

2nd time visiting this week. Unexpectedly excellent food & a gracious staff. Cant recommend more highly.
