Loving the rooftop

The staff at the Omni was so friendly! They not only made us feel like VIPs the moment we arrived, they let me leave my bags after my pool time was over so I could go enjoy a show in Austin. Pool & day bed was fantastic. Highly recommend. 

Perfect day trip to Austin! 

We had a wonderful time.  Great service, cocktails and food.  Loved the complimentary popsicles!

Disappointed very small pool and deck.  Bathrooms were far from pool down 2 floors and food was mediocre.

My wife and I recently returned to the Omni Austin Hotel Downtown, and while it was busier than our previous visit, we still enjoyed our time. The atmosphere remains fantastic, and the pool temperature was perfect. The staff, as always, were excellent, and we appreciated the free downtown meter parking available on Sundays. However, there were a few drawbacks this time. The pool water was extremely cloudy, which was a bit off-putting. The music selection seemed random and lacked consistency in genre, making it a little less enjoyable. Additionally, the windows could benefit from a deep clean to provide a clearer view of the city. Despite these issues, we still had a pleasant experience and appreciate the convenience and ambiance of the Omni Austin Hotel Downtown. The value was a 10 out of 10 at $25 a person!

An adult Sunday escape

Great girls pool day. Set up was great! Staff was nice and attentive. Highly recommend renting a cabana!

I came on my only Sunday off this month. Over all it was a good experience. I was a little disappointed in how early the bar and kitchen closed however.
