Fairmont Century Plaza

I had an excellent experience here! Wonderful from beginning to end. I received warm welcomes from everyone from the valet attendants to the front desk hosts to the lovely ladies at the spa. The spa amenities are top notch and they have everything you need. It was a peaceful way to recharge on a Sunday afternoon. So worth it!

Wonderful Self-Care Sunday!

Great location 

I definitely come back to this location, I enjoy my relaxing day after working out. Installation are great, very clean, valet parking staff great too. 
Now this location is in my favorite list. 

Easy access!

Such a beautiful place with amazing service! Everything was very clean! Very modern place with all the needed stuff. 

High class!

Very friendly staff, everything was constantly restocked every few minutes, gorgeous spa room, water and snacks in the gym, every machine you can imagine in the gym, and very calming experience. 

Gorgeous Spa

Last week was diagnosed with Bell's Palsy and was told in order to recover needed to find a way to manage my stress. Always was curious about this place on ResortPass and knew the spa only opened up less than a year ago. This was my first time ever going to a spa and can see myself now going back.

They were all booked on massages so just did the Amenities Pass. Place is immaculate and clean. Every small detail feels considered here. Wet towels all have a lavender scent as well as all the various steam rooms and spa rooms. The men's area maybe only had four others coming in throughout the day. Never felt uncomfortable and could be fully present relaxing.

I also really loved the common room, they had an assortment of dried fruits, mixed nuts and a few dozen teas. Staff was all really kind too, this was my best experience so far on the ResortPass app. This has my highest recommendation for anyone living in this area.

A world-class experience, can't wait to go again

The front desk and spa attendants were very pleasant and helpful. Clean design and spotless interior. Enjoyed the amenities and lounging area where light snacks and tea are available. Definitely try the rain shower - tropical option. Value for money. My sister and I checked out the lobby bar afterwards and enjoyed some nice CA wines. 

Lovely afternoon 

The facility was super clean. Really beautiful marble everywhere. It was a nice relaxing aquatic experience. I wish they would have had a jacoozi but they didn’t. Also they don’t allow you to use the pool. For a $100 pass you should at least have access to the pool which has a jacoozi in it. They had the most basic of products in the locker rooms for females. Would have expected something a little more extensive. I would go back and take my own care package to use while jumping between the rooms. The Himalayan salt bath was cold and different.

It was fine as an interim stop in-between landing at LAX and meeting upnwith local friends post-work. Wish I'd realized there would be no pools and a broken steam. There may have been a sauna? I ended up just taking a nap

Empty and lacking amenities. Kind staff, tho

The spa receptionist was on the phone when we arrived (and when we left). There was no welcome matcha let alone curated hors d'oeuvres. After helping ourselves at the gym, we were glad showers were working.
