Hotel Haya

Not the experience I expected. This was advertised as 18+ and there were a number of children running and jumping around/in the pool. Additionally there were no towels available and the bathrooms were very dirty. We left shortly after arrival due to the terrible environment.  

Not as expected

It was such a good experience trying out the pool at the Haya Hotel, very nice and clean with drink and food service. Staff was very friendly and loved they had a DJ to make the experience even better. 

Perfect spot for a Sunday pool day

Perfect for a chill Sunday- staff was so helpful & attentive with great energy!

The resort was very nice, food was excellent and the DJ was superb.  The only reason I gave 4 stars is that the tile in the pool was very dirty.

It was nice and clean the staff was very friendly little disappointed they didnt have bar service at the pool, but otherwise very great experience.

Great daycation

This hotel has a great coffee shop and restaurant! They even do weddings here! Great service and everyone was so kind, I would return and tell others about this hotel. 

Perfect day getaway!

First time coming to Haya, using the pool and it was a great time! Pool was clean and being able to get drinks from the bar was cherry on the top! Will definitely be back!

Had a great day at Hotel Haya - late flight home so got the Resort Pass for the day.   Lovely setting - great looking hotel with great vibe. Excellent service from Sasha at the pool.  Would def go back again!!

The hotel property is beautiful. The pool furniture is well-maintained and comfortable. This is a great place for a quick getaway. 

Great Pool Day

I booked day passes for myself, my sister, and my boyfriend. We checked in at the front desk and the ladies up front were very nice. They told us where the pool was which was just a few hundred feet from the front desk which was great. All of the pool chairs already had towels on them and they had extra towels at the towel stand. Shortly after arriving Sasha came and introduced herself. She was super sweet and was on top of bringing us the food and drink menus and taking our order and delivering them. We ordered several times from her and she was always timely and it was great to have food and drink poolside. The food was super yummy and the drinks as well. The pool looked just as pictured and there was sun on half of the pool deck from 11 am to 5 pm so sun tanning was definitely possible! Overall we had a great time and we felt very fancy on our little daycation.
