We reserved a cabana for the day and it rained the entire day and it did not have proper coverage so we were unable to even enjoy it. They did not work with us in a refund and still refuse to communicate with us. Would not recommend 

Don't get the Cabana 

I got to the hotel.  Checked in at the front desk and immediately given misinformation.  I also got a wristband that didnt work to give me access to the gym and I door pool.  I was told there were 3 showers.  There were not.  Nor was there anytype of space to freshen up.  I booked this to kill some time before I had to go to the airport.  I got to the poo and there were zero towels.  I was told it would be 15 mins.  The 4 hours I was there, no towels.  There were also no umbrellas available and people leaving for hours and no one cleaned up the chairs to give availability to others waiting.  I was highly disappointed.  

Not a good experience and not worth the money

Great time

Resort Pass allowed us to enjoy the best part of a beach vacation while in town and staying a bit inland. We enjoyed two days of sun, surf and wonderful amenities.

It was such a nice day enjoying the pool! Everything was clean, the pools were perfect, and the service was amazing! Shout out to Blain (spelling could be wrong) who took care of us all day long!

The music was so loud at the pool that I could not stay. Basically a total waste of money as that was as the only reason I wanted the pass
