A friend and I had a nice afternoon at the spa with massages and relaxing by the pool. My only complaint was the confusion over the Resort Pass charges and the charges at the Spa.

Thoroughly enjoyed all the amenities. It was the perfect way to spend my scheduled day off. 

Perfect Day to Indulge in Self Care

This spa is a gem. Not only is it a beautiful environment with great staff, but there are so many amenities. Steam room, sauna, hot tub, salt room, mineral pools, relaxation area, two mineral pools, cafe/cocktails. I will definitely be back!

Great day at PGA!

We had a great time, weather was fantastic and the drinks and food were delicious. Only complaint really is the lack of service. I booked a cabana so you get a server but I felt the service (compared to other cabana resorts) was not that great. The cabana themselves were just okay too. They did a remodel but honestly wouldnt be able to tell cause it kind of looked run down. What really made it a good day was how good food and drinks were but thinking maybe PGA isnt that nice of a place anymore.

Amazing Staff

We were in the area for a few weeks and wanted to find a pool for the day. We rented a cabana had had a wonderful time. Pool was great, service even better. Will return. 

Great day at the pool

Today was my fiance birthday and we wanted a place to just relax , From the start the attendant came to fetch us at the front desk and showed us where everything was and we felt treated so well and so special!! Truly had a amazing relaxing and wonderful day 

BEST PLACE TO RELAX 

I was disappointed with the experience for the price. We paid a premium given its around spring break. But when we showed up at the time specified in the email we were told the cabana wasn't ready, to come back in 30 minutes. Then when we came back I had to hunt someone down to figure out which cabana was ours, only to find someone was already using it. The server that helped us was super sweet but the whole thing felt really disorganized. She asked if we minded moving to a different cabana, and of course we didn't mind. Then when we get into the cabana it was just kind of dirty. Tons of bird feathers on one of the chairs, super stained furniture that could use a hose down, and the TV that had 6 extremely blurry and grainy channels so we didnt use it. Again the issue is the price compared to what we got. It was a major letdown.

Expected better for the price. 

This was a great experience and the staff was amazing. I throughly enjoyed every aspect of this and would highly recommend it. There are so many options and the atmosphere is great
