Daily health screening of associates, including temperature checks.
Thorough re-training on proper hygiene and best practices.
Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) available.
Thorough disinfecting of equipment in fitness centers with limited capacities.
Additional guest sanitization stations in public areas.
Increased frequency of sanitization with EPA-certified cleansers that are CDC-compliant.
Contactless transactions, where applicable.
Self-parking recommended. For valet, queuing experience that allows for social distancing.

My daughter & I are visiting from Denver, CO. I bought passes for me, my daughter, & my sister for my sister's birthday. It took a while for the spa attendant to notice us & then she had to go get the keys to get our wristbands. She didn't ask for a reservation number or I.D. The pool area was clean but the pool water seemed cloudy. Not sure if this was because of sunscreen or lack of cleaning. It was quiet with just a few moms & their kids. I understand the restrictions because of Covid-19 but, it would have been nice to have been offered a food & drink option along with our pass. Also, I know other resorts are requiring frequent testing of pool water. I did not see a single employee around the pool for the 4 hours we were there. Probably would skip a day pass here next time.
