Given this summer heat and family coming into town, we decided to rent a cabana at Omni. Originally I purchased a cabana rental and two additional guest day passes. Immediately after purchasing I called regarding the cancellation of my day pass guests. I was directed to go online to resort pass and speak to them about my refund. It has been over 2 weeks with multiple emails and no one has cared to respond back to me. This is not only frustrating but unfortunate since the resort and staff were great! We really would have wanted to continue going here but given the lack of customer service I am not sure I want to go through the trouble of ever booking anything with resort pass and any of their resorts/hotels.

We book a cabana and had a lovely day! The food and drinks were delicious!

Everything was good, except for the constriction.  To much noise from the jack hammer and the round about way to get into the resort.

The pool was calm with a great ledge to sit on and enjoy the sun.

We celebrated Fathers day and it was perfect. The cabana was great along with all the freebies given. The girls at the bar were super nice and helpful. Annette walked around to make sure we were happy...and we were! Great day! Always a plus at the Omni!

Drinks are good. Atmosphere was great. Best pool for marco polo. Our 2nd time there and had a wonderful evening both nights.
