Tampa Marriott Water Street

Easy access, very clean and the food was delicious. The fruit tray was a nice added touch. Highly recommend!

Relaxing staycation 

Easy to get in, fruit bowl was  wet nice touch. Pool nice and quiet with easy access to bar for drinks and food. 

Nice location

Booked the day for a friends birthday celebration. Amazing location, very clean. Cabanas all had excellent shade. Drinks and food were good. Pool attendant kept waters and ice refilled. 

Perfect Staycation

From the moment we arrived at the Tampa Marriott, we were greeted by professional staff. Bruce - at the pool - had our luxury daybed ready to go and provided our water and fruit tray. Fruit was absolutely delicious. Love music, warm water, and the best chicken fingers in the city made for the perfect day. I'm a local so I'll definitely be back!

An Absolutely Perfect Day

The pool staff was friendly, the cabanas very comfortable and the cafe food/drinks were great. We enjoyed our time by the pool for the day. The issues we had were mostly due to poor communication from he front desk regarding the day. I called the night before to ask if there were lockers and what the procedure was for checking in for our reserved cabana. I was told there would be lockers available (with locks) and that we should head directly to the pool attendant to check in and no need to come to the front desk. Upon arrival, we did as told. The attendant had to send us down to the front desk to get our access cards to get in to the pool area and the spa locker/shower area. I then spent a considerable amount of time trying to lock my bag and items in one of the lockers, which did not work. None of them did. Some one from security had to come in to try and secure me a locker with no luck. By the time I made it poolside with my bag, I had lost more than an hour of the day.

The pool was nice, not enough staff to provide guest with good service. Too many kids doing whatever they want

Great pool, understaffed

We were greeted by Bruce and he took excellent car of us. We had a great spot on the pool deck and excellent service at the bar. Food was great! We would definitely come again! We live in Tampa but decided to spend the afternoon at the hotel!

Wonderful Experience

View was spectacular. Weather was perfect. Bartenders and gentleman who helped us with our cabana were amazing. 

Great lication

First use, not bad! Paid $52 at the pool bar for two mimosas, two non alcoholic drinks and a beer.  Our pool waiter was very sweet and accommodating, he was older and moved slow but we didn't mind. The pool gets amazing sun, and the view of downtown and the Riverwalk is way better than the JW pool deck. Would definitely visit again, the day bed with complementary water and fruit bowl was comfortable and excellent. 

Great Views & Great Sub

Great views of the harbor, very spacious and friendly staff, Sean the bartender in particular. This is my second Resort Pass and I will go back again. Only negative is if you want an umbrella, get there early!
