Today the water was a little cold - its October . The hot tub was clean and warm , so that was a plus ! The music here is always great , but was a little soft today. Clean , peaceful, and relaxing !

The pool wasn't crowded and it was exactly as described on the resort pass page. It was clean and enjoyed our day! Front office staff was very accommodating. Only thing is that restaurant opens late at 4pm. Hotel lobby has a small store with drinks and snack. 
They allow you to order food for delivery like Uber Eats! 

Great location

First the positive: Bobby and Sabrina at the front desk were absolutely lovely ladies. We had a birthday party planned (party of (4) - 40+ years of age adults, and we called ahead to verify that it would be ok if we brought coolers with food and beverage (non-alcoholic). They both said that would be fine, please don't bring glass because you're out at the pool which is completely understandable. Upon arrival, we were the only 4 and had the entire pool to ourselves. This is where we were a little turned off: the "food-and-beverage" manager came to the pool and asked if we had alcohol. We were accommodating and non-argumentative to which we answered no. Then he threatened to kick us out and call the cops if we had any; again, we stated no.  20 mins later, he came back out and demanded to search our coolers. This search was illegal, but I complied because we just wanted to enjoy our day. He found ZERO alcohol as we stated before but was still rude and threatened cops again!

Great Environment - So So Staff

Check-in was easy, front desk was courteous. Nice chairs with shaded options. Great for little kids, the pool was clean and quiet on this day. The restaurant seemed closed but we did not ask. Occupancy was likely too low to staff and that was totally fine for our needs. 

Quiet & Clean Pool

This was our first time booking a day pass and I couldn't have asked for a better experience. We wanted a quiet and relaxing day at the pool and we got just that. We already read reviews regarding there not being food or drink service in the middle of the day, so we planned ahead and brought a small cooler and it was great!

Relaxing with plenty of shade

This was the second time to visit. This time it seemed when I signed up there would be DJ music and food. The option I signed up for stated SPLASH INTO SHERATON POOL PARTY but there was now music and like last time, the restaurant is closed from 11-3. It still was a nice relaxing experience. Only 2 other families were at the pool all afternoon. 

Quiet and Relaxing

2nd say in a row this space was unclean.  Same random socks that were by a chair on Saturday  were still there on Sunday.  We had to ask them to clean up the tables with spilled gook on them so we could sit at one.  All chairs had bird poop on them and were disheveled.  Truly an awful experience!

DIRTY AND UN-MONITORED

I thought is was going to be perfect, almost had the pool to myself to relax and read. Pool was dirty and they were a lot of bees and bugs.

Good location

Hotel staff was friendly and accommodating but pool/area/seating was dirty!!  Also an odd sewage smell every so often!  

Had high hopes
