What a mess. I paid $584 for a daybed with service and no one who worked there had heard of ResortPass. People were sitting in our cabana (who didnt pay) and there was no manager on-site to help. My pass said full food and drink service but again, the bar didn't trust this and was shocked at the amount I paid. They gave zero idea whats going on.

We arrived about an hour after an advertised Memorial Day party ended. Pool is tiny and it was super-crowded. Trash was everywhere and no staff member made any effort to make it less gross in the 3 hours we stayed; all the empty bottles and cups stayed there the whole time. There were no towels when we arrived and none arrived for a full half hour. 

We enjoyed the view and the (expensive) cocktails we had in the lounge section, which is nicer than the pool area but still featured furniture with huge rips. I don't think well be back. 

Dirty and crowded, but nice view

I bought 3 passes for day beds as the hotel told me this is how to secure a seat, there were NO staff, NO towels, nobody checking who was coming or going, and there was no seats available when we arrived and no staff willing to help us. When I asked at the poor bar who to speak to they shrugged and said they didnt know. Don't buy this service as its not actually offered.

Do not buy this pass - its not a real service

I booked this since I had to wait for my friend to fly in on a later flight than me. The pool is small and the furniture is a little weathered but the chairs are wide and the cushions were very comfortable. They had umbrellas and misters which made it really comfortable. I really enjoyed my experience and all of the staff was wonderful. 

Best $10 ive ever spent! 

We had a few hours to kill downtown becuase our airbnb was available and the staff held our luggage and we had the best time relaxing 

Great way to kill time

Nevermind that the pool is kiddie size (I get it, its on a roof), but the bar was closed and there was no music. My friend and I purchased a ResortPass to hang there on a weekend day thinking it was going to be a nice, fun atmosphere. It was not. Most of the lounge seats were covered by umbrellas, only an engineer could figure out how to put down, there was not one hotel attendant around to provide any kind of service, and it was so quiet people were whispering to each other to avoid being too loud. It was so awkward. I do not recommend this as an adult sunbathing daycation if you're looking to lay poolside while sipping on refreshing cocktails. You will have a better day in your own patio.

Sad excuse for a rooftop pool

nice rooftop pool with hot tub overlooking some mountains and fight routes. bathrooms were clean & pool towels & lounger nice. 
two things took off one star bc the pool & hot tub heater was not working at first & pool was freezing. also pool bar didn't open till 5.

I love this hotel and pool.  It is clean and the perfect size pool if you are just looking for a place to tan and relax. You can catch lots of rays up here! The rooftop is great and has a large TV and bar. I enjoy the music that they play as well. The views of Tempe are neat as well! I have been multiple times and will continue to come back. 

Perfect Rooftop Pool

We went to this last min on a Monday and had a great time working on wifi, had complementary valet with our bill and had some drinks while sitting in the hot tub. Great way to spend a Monday!

Perfect Weekday Getaway

Nice hotel with cute layout of pool area. Pool is small since being on a roof, and there were a lot of people (adults, no kids) all day on a Friday with most chairs occupied. The staff was helpful in coming to open an umbrella for us, and the free valet is a plus. We liked that they didn't play music all day because some places play very loud music and you cant get away from it, whether you like it or not. The only downside was despite the warm weather, the pool was freezing cold, definitely not heated, so we couldnt really use it for swimming. But being on the less expensive end, fun to get out for an afternoon.
