Had a great time ! Ambient was beautiful, definitely looking forward to visiting again 

Great rooftop 

We checked in our luggage from 11-3pm and used the pool. We have 2 diabetics in our family and we had a medical cooling unit that needed to keep our insulin cold. We plugged it into luggage storage space and to return someone had come into the locked space and swapped our charging cord with a broken one. All of our insulin went warm. When I called to report that evening they apologized and promised to call me back after watching security footage still no call. Super sad as we never chose to be diabetics and I cant believe someone would be so selfish.

Pretty pool

It was my first time booking a resort day pass and it was an okay experience. It was a very windy day and all the lounge chairs and tables were flying off because of the wind. The pool ended having a lot of things in it. It looked dirty but perhaps it was from all the things flying from the wind. I did not see staff coming by to help organize the lounge chairs nor check on the guests to make sure they were okay. It wasn't a terrible experience but I probably would not go back. thank you!

Good location

Good location, but its not worth $80. Moreover, bartenders dont know how to work. They were taking oranges for the cocktails with bare dirty hands! Disgusting! 

Good location, however service is not..

The place was very clean and we had a great time, but be sure to use the valet at the Hyde Beach House and not across the street as we had a problem with that.

I have a great day at this pool. Its beautiful and nice. have a very nice view. Thank you. I enjoy. 

Amazing 

The instructions were not clear on checkin in, went to the pool and said we have resort pass, got yelled at by the pool attendant for not having a print out. I explained it was booked through the app. She was very rude. We didn't know we needed another 'printed hard copy' from the front desk downstairs. No daytime lounge music, no wait staff, just buy food and drinks at the bar. Kids everywhere, people saving loungers like it's their life. Kind of dirty. Lots of commotion, not a calm environment and not very pool vibe. kid of reminded us of the public pool to be honest. Our friends were staying at the airbnb and only reason we went. If you're in the area, better off to go to the Diplomat, sunny isles or south beach... Oh tennis court right behind the cabanas, so you can hear people playing sports while you lounge. Clean towels and lots of them, sun from morning until 4pm, also food was okay and we had beers so cant say on the quality of drinks. I wouldn't come here again. 

Not worth the value for this

I liked the pool and set up of everything but the view wasn't the best, we couldn't see much of the ocean because the other buildings and we were level with the apartments across the street. So if people were on the balcony or simply in their home we can see them and they could see us, no privacy. It would've been nice if the pool was higher so the view was better or either not looking into someone apartment. It was a lot of noise from the street below because of the location and how close it is to the street. The look of everything was nice but the location and lack of privacy was a no for me.
