Aqua Nick Waterpark Riviera Maya

We had an amazing time. The resort is well kept and new and it shows. The staff is also super friendly and helpful. We were there on a really hot day and had trouble finding shade between rides because most of the lounge chairs are not shaded well. If you want your own cabana you will have to pay a hefty price. While there the paw patrol side of the park which caters to toddlers was shut down. We didnt know this at the time of booking so we felt cheated because we have toddlers. There was no signage or notification upon arrival either. So if money is not a factor to your family definitely plan a visit but if you want your moneys worth, dont do it. 

An honest review

The rides (all of them for childs and adults) are smaller than what they are advertised. At the restaurant Bistro the food is of lower quality and with fewer options than in the hotel. On 28th April the Paw Patrol pool was closed until 2pm without any information from the staff.
