Hotel El Ganzo

This review is not for the hotel itself but for the resort pass.  I purchased a pass for a day and it seemed nobody at the hotel knew what to do.  They directed me one place and then when I get there they tell me Im not supposed to be there and my pass was only for the hotel.. I was told different, then I go to the hotel and they asked if I received a paper when checking in that I needed to show the staff.  Never got that.  I was also told I get a credit to use and someone told me no.. I can just use the facilities.  It was pretty pricey for one day to lay by a pool.  $150 usd plus the food and drinks were expensive for what I got.  The hotel was nice and the infinity pool was nice too.  The beach club had a nice swimmable beach.  Next time Ill check closely before spending that money.

A really great place to relax, great if you want some peace and quiet and dont want to be at a HUGE resort . I would totally recommend coming here ! 

Must Try

Booked a beach club cabana for 4 & had a wonderful day. Good mix of chill vibes & low key party vibes. Food was very good, as well as service. The restrooms were also very nice.
