Beach Club Cabana

Three of us (adult women) rented a cabana for the day at the Hotel El Ganzo's Beach Club. The cushions were soft, pillows were provided, and the shade was perfect. Staff were friendly, service was good, drinks and food were delicious. Beach Club staff went above and beyond trying to help us find a ring that went flying into the sand. The bathroom at the Beach Club is adequate but basic. One note: the check-in directions say to go to the Spa. You need to check-in at the front desk for the Beach Club. That said, the walk back to the spa gave us a tour of the beautiful hotel. Looks like a great place to stay!

Summertime Renewal Spa Package

Too good so repeated one more time. Staffs remember your face and name. Stephanie at the desk and all the therapists will give you personal attention, Spa has hot & steam saunas (steam sauna with aroma), and hot and cold jagzies. Each of them can hold 2 ppl, so it is always not too crowded and you may have all for yourself (what I experienced). They also give you a lot of snacks & detox tea without caffeine, or fancy chlorophyll water. It is helpful as you want to keep your stomach not empty during the spa and massage. After your spa, they make you to enjoy the snacks and tea and hang out all day long in the spa or rooftop pool. Rooftop pool has infinity pool with always some music, with very friendly staffs. It would be a great idea to have this package on Wednesdays, as at 7 pm they always have Flamenco night with amazing soulful music and incredibly rich and delicious (and healthy) buffets on the roof top and you will get 15% off ! A local lady told me that this place is the best at massage. She said “getting massage here, and going to the rooftop with the pool, and eating great food!! could be her secret to youth. It’s better to communicate with them on WhatsApp, with a sentence “I confirm the appointment of…” to confirm (otherwise, they will not book the spot, so careful!)

Day Pass

The hotel itself was very clean and airy. Beautiful breeze flowing down the hallways to the rooms. The grounds were very well maintained as well. The rooftop pool/bar is definitely the place to spend your days!! Absolutely stunning is all I can say!! The service we received was top notch. Very attentive to our every need. The staff was extremely friendly, and always approached with a smile on their faces. Alan was our server for the day, and he went above and beyond to make our experience exceptional!! Not to mention that the food was very nicely presented, and full of flavor as well. 10 out of 10, would recommend this experience again.

Day Pass

This review is not for the hotel itself but for the resort pass. I purchased a pass for a day and it seemed nobody at the hotel knew what to do. They directed me one place and then when I get there they tell me Im not supposed to be there and my pass was only for the hotel.. I was told different, then I go to the hotel and they asked if I received a paper when checking in that I needed to show the staff. Never got that. I was also told I get a credit to use and someone told me no.. I can just use the facilities. It was pretty pricey for one day to lay by a pool. $150 usd plus the food and drinks were expensive for what I got. The hotel was nice and the infinity pool was nice too. The beach club had a nice swimmable beach. Next time Ill check closely before spending that money.
