Escorted to cabana by a very polite and pleasant young man named Akeel who brought us an ice bucket with 4 bottles of water.  He came back to check on us during the day to see if we needed anything.

Day pass 

We arrived in Barbados via a cruise ship. The staff from checking in to those that overseen the cabanas and the pool all treated us with respect and we kind helpful. We were not treated any different than someone staying overnight  at the resort. This is my first time using resort, pass and doing it out of the country at that. It was seamless and described perfectly.

Property was beautiful 

our first time and check in was a bit confusing as not being at main reception but perhaps we did not read enough in advance. best to leave everything but swim gear and valuables at Bellboy location and use a locker by pool which we did not realise . However, staff friendly and excellent service and food at the poolside bar. Excellent value 

Excellent Guest pass location

We incorrectly booked the day we would be in Barbados and the day changed was handled very well.  However, I resort never received the day change.  There were many day pass users for the ship and the Gym Manager asked me to come back after waiting 30 min to even get on the property.  I was required to return to the office to see Kenrick 4 times and he was never able to solve the date change .  He eventually gave us our $75 fee for beverages and lunch.  Service was extremely poor.  The waiter only ordered 2 of the 4 sandwiches and Tacos nd it took over an hour to get the first ones and another hour to correct the order and get the second ones by which time we had to go back to ship.  The water and waiter staff that was to be available for orders poolside was not available as advertised.  Very disappointing.

Not the best

The entire day was great, from check-in to departure.  Food was a little pricey, but thats to be expected at a property like this one.  The cabana was right on the beach with great access to the sea or the pools.  Great day!

Great Property

We had a lovely day around the pool with a very comfortable day bed,maybe the showers could have been a bit more updated but never the less they were clean and functional 

Good location 

I was very worried having read reviews about this resort day, especially as a solo traveller & having just stepped off a luxury yacht cruise!!  However, I had a really good day! Yes its a large, quite old fashioned hotel & busy but the staff could not have been more helpful & professionally friendly. I had a cabana on the edge of the beach & would recommend this as they are in a more peaceful area of the beach . The food from the pool bar I thought was reasonably priced   good quality & plenty of choice. Food & drink can be delivered to the cabana which again is less hectic than the tables around the bar. 

Perfect for what was needed!!

Unbelievable resort with great service and beautiful surroundings.  Went during a cruise stop and so relaxing.  Definitely recommend!!  You will love it!
