I spent the day at the Mokara spa relaxing and enjoying the peace and calm. Everyone at the spa was friendly, inviting and helpful. The staff at the entire hotel was impressive with help and answers to questions. Its a beautiful venue, I hope to come back again.

A day at Mokara, Omni PGA Frisco

I spent the day with my daughter at the Omni PGA and we had a blast! The food was good, all the common areas were super clean! I appreciate the relaxing day we got to spend together. We will be back with the whole family!

Overall the experience was really good.  I signed up for the Cabana, to celebrate my birthday with a few friends.  The only downside for our visit, was that the hot tub was out of service the weekend of 9/17 so, our only option was having to get in into the chilly pool.  Other than that the servers were great, enjoyed the complimentary gift bag and food items poolside.   Overall, it was a relaxing weekend.

PGA Spa Pool

I paid a lot of money for a cabana that is really not big enough for 4 people. The furniture selected made it way to tight. And why pay for a cabana when it comes with the same service as the rest of the pool. We had to ask for our empty food baskets to be removed, no one gave us towels, there was no dedicated service for the cabanas. I would expect 5 star service to come with a cabana.

Everything but the size & service!

Very Relaxing 

We last minute decided to Resort Pass 2 cabanas with some friends and their kids. The Omni was our choice because its close, new, and family friendly. The grounds are beautiful, clean, great pool and a high end vibe. The problem I had with it was it felt very unorganized as far as how the staff was supposed to handle Resort Pass reservations. We checked in at the concierge. He was nice. Just told us to head to the pool and the staff there woild know what to do. They didn't. We were told to just reach over the gate and use that handle to get in since we didnt have room keys, they had no idea where and how we were supposed to sign up for the promised arts and crafts for the kids, we were visiting with a kiddo that has a severe egg allergy and when we asked a server about the kids menu she said she didn't know because she worked at the adult pool. And did not offer to find out.  It has potential but not there yet. 

Could be great 

I would recommend doing a day pass and not a cabana. The pool is fun and it has a bar nearby. The only reason I would do a cabana is if you need a tv. Otherwise, there are no perks and its $700 down the drain (500 cabana + 40 taxes + 40 ResortPass service fee + mandatory 20% gratuity fee). The cabanas dont  provide shade most of the day and theres a 30 minute turn around time on drinks vs 3 minutes if you walk up to the bar that is 20 feet away.

Absolutely loved the vibe here! Grown folks at the pool. Plenty of seating. I booked the cabana which comes with complimentary healthy snacks, water, soda, chips and salsa which are BOMB! Ordered fries and buffalo tenders which were DELICIOUS and ranch dressing is homemade! What?!!! Great conversations with the people there. The only thing missing was music! Need a DJ who plays a mix of R&B, pop, rock, jazz or sumn cause that part was missing.
